1st Level of the Split-Level Home:

On the ground floor, accessible via an exterior stair, there are 2 separate units, one of which is the laundry room and a full bathroom. Another is bedroom 3, which boasts 2 twin sized beds and 2 full sized beds. In between both units is the screened-in patio with a TV and plenty of seating.

••• Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.

••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.

••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.

••• Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.

"Beautiful home with beautiful accommodations! The pool was wonderful! My family enjoyed the pool every day.... There's plenty of space for children and young adults to hang out and grown ups to do their thing in the home! You are responsible for putting the garbage out on select days but they definitely text you to make sure you do! You can't beat the beauty of the ocean view and the serenity of the property, it's so beautiful! This was a vacation for myself and my daughter and 3 granddaughters and we truly enjoyed every moment! Memories were made and will be remembered for our life time! Go and enjoy every moment! "
