Beautiful home as pictured with so many amenities. We had a fabulous experience. The only element that would be helpful to renters would be a one page orientation guide to the home including instructions for the jacuzzi, grill, alarm system etc. Kitchen vent not working as well but a minor detail.

Light bulbs out in several lamps Downstairs bar outdoor tv not workable bc did not have remote and concierge said would order but would not be during our stay when arrives No check in instructions aside of codes and wifi( have had to ask daily how to heat spa, turn on grill and burners on outside kitchen No starter pack when arrived so had to immediately go out and buy dish detergent, and so on Big eye on main kitchen stove did not work Fridge was dead when got their so ordered new one but did not come until day before our last day out of 8 days and our food went bad and had to be thrown out bc did not know Upstairs toilet in master did not work when arrived and did not fill w water Had to communicate w concierge every day and was rude, pool guy, fridge tech multiple days, plumber all while there each day We asked that no more techs come to house rest of week and were told could not accommodate Hand Soap in house filled w water. at house before and was wonderful but will not be returning due to property management Hand soap in house filled w water We absolutely love this house and the owner/hiost and have stayed before but due to current property management and experience w them communicating and issues with house that all could have been handled if inspection done properly prior to arrival we will not be back. Compensation would be nice but prior an I am sorry we apologize for the inconvenience would have gone a long way. Only reason not returning/ house great

Amazing place

on the whole, it was an amazing place! There was an issue with lots of seaweed in the canal and added smell but once you were outside for a few minutes, I no longer noticed it. Talking to neighbors who go every year, this was the first time they've had the issue with the seaweed being so bad. The outside space with the kitchen and pool was absolutely incredible! Even with the seaweed being there, I can't say enough good things about it. 9.5 out of 10. No seaweed and would be 10/10.

Beautiful home but items we wanted were not available. No griddle for pancakes. Kitchen was disorganized. Fan and light over stove was broken. The alarm system went off during the night and we had difficulty turning it off. All that being said, it is a lovely home, beautiful pool, and nice layout.

Our group was SO impressed with how beautifully the house was decorated! And everything we needed was there, in all three kitchen areas! We appreciated the beach chairs and the pool toys!We have never stayed at a house that was so user friendly!

Annual Group Trip

The property was as advertised and was great for our large group of 7 couples. There are five bedrooms with attached baths, however two bedrooms in the mother in law suite have a shared bath with the 7th full bath being off the pool area. But this did not detract at all from our wonderful stay. The pool and outdoor kitchen were amazing. The house is well equipped for any meals you would want to prepare. Our only nitpick would be the sharpness of the knives, bringing a quality knife sharpener will be on our list for our next trip. A couple of the bedrooms on the upper floor could use some mattress updating as well. Again, these are small nitpicks and the house is truly amazingly set up for a great vacation home. You do have the deal with the odor from the canal which is pretty bad at times. All in all, we will consider this house for future trips and we highly recommend.

Perfect Group House

Fantastic property, we spent most of our time outside at the pool, outdoor bar, pool table and dock. Lots of fish caught off the pier, perfect for kids trying out fishing for the first time. Kitchen was fully stocked with absolutely everything you would need. Plenty of space for our group to spread out. Property was well maintained and perfectly clean. We would absolutely book again, thank you!

Great house with beautiful swimming pool

We had a great time, 6 adults, 4 children (4 to 12) and a newborn. Perfect house for our family with a dining room table big enough for all of us, and a well equipped kitchen to cook our traditional Thanksgiving dinner. Everyone enjoyed the pool, spa, kayaks, pool table and the Sombrero beach close to us (2 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk). We will return.

Luxurious Paradise Home

There's not single thing about this house we didn't love! All reviews are accurate as are pictures although they don't do this gorgeous house justice. Review about only needing your toiletries is not an exaggeration, owners have thought of everything you could possible need or want and then some. The house is beautifully exceptional and the owner's decor and attention to detail is extraordinary. The house was impeccably clean throughout and well organized. It's well suited to accommodate large groups so there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves. The location is great as it's close to grocery stores, food places, fishing/ water sports and a great beach just down the road. The area is pretty safe so no worries about walking around at night. If you bring a boat the dock is well equipped with all you'd need, the pool and spa area is great and owner has pool/beach toys and pool table by the pool deck. There are several cooking options with all supplies necessary. They had a welcome arrangement for us with snacks and a nice bottle of wine which I thought was a very nice touch. There was an issue with Wi-Fi but owner immediately resolved it for us. If you ever want to stay at a place where the pictures and description are spot on well, this is it, this is the place it's like a luxury resort. We had an incredible stay in this paradise home, just wish it could've been longer. For sure you'll never want to leave, I know we didn't!!

Beautiful home!

This home is in a great location. We stay in Marathon every year, and this is our favorite home so far! Plenty of room on the dock for our two boats. Plenty of beds and bedrooms for large family and friends. They supplied high chairs and baby gates perfect for our small friend who tagged along. Outdoor area was great. Plenty of entertainment.

Spring Break

This is our second time staying here. Outstanding home for a family gathering. The outdoor area is amazing. Close to restaurants, groceries and activities but in a private setting. We hope to be able to return.
