My favorite vacation place ever

I loved the condo. Perfect location, you can see the ocean from the patio. Extremely easy check-in and check-out. Very quiet and felt like we had the building to ourselves. We had a great time! Will be back!

Easy to communicate with rental company. Nice quiet pool with restrooms, beach access 2 minute walk. Condo was spacious for 2 people. Pullout couch a bit uncomfortable for longer stay. On site BBQ unfortunately did not work. Love coming to Marco Island so all worth it! Will be back.

Family getaway

Booked our stay very last minute when we had extra guests join and needed a 2nd place. The view was great, and location was perfect. We would definitely rent this again.

We stayed on the property for five days and the minute we walked in we felt the peace in the condo. The condo is absolutely spotless and has everything one can possibly need while staying there. The air conditioning is right on point and the kitchen is so comfortable to use. The mattress and pillows are supper comfortable. The area has plenty of places to visit for eating and shopping. Had a great time and we can't wait to return!

It was nice enough. It served its purpose.Check out was very poor. Have to pay a cleaning fee but I was instructed to clean everything except doing laundry prior to checkout. So what's the cleaning fee for? No one was there for the checkout during working hours and I was expected to take garbage to dumpster, but parking lot is closed and no access to dumpsters creates a problem. I understand this is a rare situation but some clarity and people available at checkout would have been not only appropriate but extremely helpful.

Throwback to the 70’s. Drip coffee maker; ice cube trays (not filled); old colors. Horrible bed with the flattest pillows. Crazy small TVs.

Great location, great price, nice and sunny.

We spent a long weekend here in March and were very pleased with our choice. The location is great, just a quick crosswalk to public beach access. The condo was clean, airy and sunny, with a wonderful patio to enjoy an evening drink. There's a view of the beach, although partially obstructed by high rises, but - again - cross the street to the beach for great sunset views. The tennis courts and pool are well maintained and there's a nice area with cafe tables to enjoy a morning cup of coffee in the sunshine. Be prepared for traffic noise and thin walls in the complex, but great value for the price. Also, be forwarned that property management has a plethora of terse signs and notices using ALL CAPS to ensure that you comply with basic principles decent people should follow. You WILL feel shouted at.

Fall get away

It was located along Collier Blvd and just across the road is an access board to the beach. Instruction for checking were well communicated since it is Thanksgiving holiday and I checked in late. Property manager was present during my check out process and went smoothly.

Nice Condo

We enjoyed our stay, very quiet and peaceful Nice pool and view. Marco Island was boring though not much to do. Not very many good restaurants. Condo is nice a little dated the only issue we had were sugar ants in the kitchen.

Love the vacation rental at #504. The space was roomy and exactly as advertised. The bed was very comfortable. So happy that beach chairs and towels were provided. Easy check-in and out. We would definitely rent again😊

Excellent Location, beach vacation paradise !

This place was great …. Located directly across from beach access, pool on site, rental unit had everything you need for both both in-house utilities and needs and beach supplies ( beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, beach towels, etc… ) Will definitely be a future destination when available !!!

Amazing location

Perfect for a weekend get away. Having beach towels and chairs available in the unit was a plus. Personal parking space, short walk to the beach, and restaurants less then a mile away either directs couldn’t have ask for more. I would stay again and I have recommended this location to family and friends! Thanks for a great experience.

Nice unit in Marco Island

The unit was very clean and spacious (about 800 sq ft) We did not cook there but it seemed to have everything you would need. The unit was 1/4 mile walk to the beach which was a little further than I thought from the posting. The unit also faces the road which can be noisy at times. They did have beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler to use which was great and the unit did get nice breezes from the sliding glass doors on the deck. Parking spots were in the back of the building where the elevator was and they never seemed full. They also had lots of ice cube trays which most places never have and with no ice machine like at the hotels they really come in handy for the beach coolers. I would definitely stay there again, but not with anyone who is a light sleeper due to the road noise.

Crosswalk to beach path. Only steps to beach. This unit does NOT have a washer and dryer in the unit. we reluctantly used the community laundry that takes quarters.
