Perfectly Gainesville

I used this space as my “get ready room” for my downtown Gainesville wedding as well as two overnight stays. The penthouse is lovely, spacious and in a great location. Communication with Ryan was excellent. I highly recommend!

GN Seagle

This is a very nice apartment. Easy access to whatever you want to do. More street noise than I'd like. I would stay here again if available.

Downtown Apartment

While the building itself was historic, the apartment was very nice and spacious. The shower had a sauna built into it, and the amount of windows letting in natural light all throughout the apartment added to the warm feel of it. The views of downtown were great! Sometimes the cars driving by at night would play loud music, so the white noise machine was greatly appreciated! The coffee machine was also very neat! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the duration of the stay!

Ryan was fantastic to communicate with. Bldg was conveniently located to all the activities necessary for our weekend. Underground parking was a big plus. The bed was extremely comfortable. Large dining room table for my husband to work one day during our stay. We could never figure out how to turn on the TV and the stove gave us a a fit since it’s pretty high tech. We are an IT family so we at least did figure out the stove. Instructions for those 2 would be helpful during checkin. A toaster being added to the kitchen appliances would be a big help for those cooking breakfast “in” to save a little money. The grout in main shower needs a little TLC. Either a deep clean or replacement and the sink faucet leaks water but those things did not distract from our stay. Just some tips to keep the apartment in tip top shape. We would definitely stay here again if ever in Gainesville. “The top” was our choice for dinner, “Oak” was our choice for cocktails and the arcade bar was very fun for one evening to relax and do something different.
