Riverside Lookout (With Private Boat Slip on the Moose River!)

Welcome to Riverside Lookout! This newly built home is located on the edge of the Moose River near Moosehead Lake. The warm feel of the home makes you feel relaxed the second you arrive. The spacious porch overlooking is the perfect place to drink your morning coffee and watch the salmon and trout jump in the river. The snowmobile and ATV trails can both be accessed directly from the property. In just a short drive you can access the Moosehead Wildlands, where deer and moose sightings are extremely common. The Kineo Docks are also just a short drive away, where you can launch a boat and swim in Moosehead Lake. Once you launch your boat, you can dock it right across the street from the house at the boat slip included with your reservation. If you are feeling more motivated to explore, you can take the ferry or your own boat to Mount Kineo, where you can hike the mountain and also enjoy the island golf course. Quebec is roughly one hour away, and downtown Greenville is roughly 25 minutes away, where you can enjoy shopping and dining. This area is known as the heart of Moosehead Lake, and rightly so!

Beautiful Cabin

Cabin was amazing. We all loved our stay. The private dock was great. Lots of small touches that went into this rental. Would 100% rent again!

This house was fantastic. Spacious, roomy, great views, fantabulous porch, most excellent. Manager was very nice and responded quickly. Owners were very nice as well. A definite 5 star rating on this house ❤️

Best rental experience ever

This property is an absolute gem. The cabin is stunning, clean, and functional. It's location is absolutely perfect. From the dock, you get a clear view of Mt. Kineo, and the river protects you from the sometimes VERY choppy conditions of the main lake making it perfect for kayaking and swimming off the dock. We had an unforgettable vacation.

I called and arranged for an early check in at 2 PM. We arrived around 3 PM and the cleaner was still at the property. He didn’t finish up until after 4 PM and even then we had to finish the last load of laundry, towels etc. I wasn’t real impressed with that situation. Not sure we would return.
