You are sure to have a great vacation at this one bedroom condo overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The condo is located at Phoenix East in Orange Beach, AL and sleeps up to 4 guests. Great Amenities! Amenities at Phoenix East include: 2 Beachfront Pools - Indoor Pool - Hot Tubs - Kids Splash Pad - Fitness Center - BBQ Area - Tennis Courts - & Sauna! Low density complex! Step inside the condo and you will find a spacious floor plan with gorgeous Gulf views and a private porch overlooking the white sand beaches. There is a full kitchen stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals during your stay. Between the dining table and bar there is seating for 6. The living room is outfitted with a flat screen TV and comfortable seating. The couch pulls out into a bed for additional sleeping! The bedroom connects to a full bathroom and has a king size bed. The bedroom is nicely furnished and has a flat screen TV and a closet for your belongings. Phoenix East is a low density complex with unbeatable amenities and great views of Perdido Pass. Parking: You will receive a parking registration email after your reservation is made and we input your information into VRPaccessdotcom and you are encouraged to purchase your parking passes prior to arrival. Parking passes cost $55 per vehicle for the entire stay. The maximum number of passes that can be purchased for this unit is 2 but based upon occupancy of the complex during your stay, it might be possible to purchase additional passes at the building’s service desk (note: additional passes likely won’t be available during peak seasons).
Chair and umbrella can be rented from Ike`s Beach Service.
