February Point Resort Estates Georgetown vacation rentals

"We had a great time, perfect location. Bummer elevator was out."

"Margaret was an amazing host who went above and beyond for us when we missed our flight due to delays. The house was beautiful and location was perfect. We could have been content never leaving the villa and just enjoying the snorkeling and kayaking out our back door. Everything was ideal and we will absolutely stay here again!"

"We had a fabulous two weeks at Nice Villa. We had friends with us the first week and they definitely will be back. It is so nice to have the three ensuite bedrooms/baths, so everyone had their own space. Family with us the second week and additional family rented another villa. Nice Villa was very well stocked for kitchen supplies for preparing all meals. The villa was spotless when we arrived, plenty of towels, beach towels and the beds were very comfortable. The open living and dining room...

"We had a great stay. The property was exactly as described—clean, organized, and stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of towels, sheets, and pillows. The kitchen was decently equipped (a bit dated), making meal prep easy. Tracy was an exceptional host—always available to answer our questions and offering fantastic recommendations for everything we needed on the island. The location was perfect and safe, with a lovely restaurant and a small beach just next door, which we enjoyed a...

"The Royal is a large home located on the water in February Point. The home is beautifully furnished and very spacious. The views from the porches are spectacular. We rented a boat which we kept at the dock and the location of the home is convenient to many nearby attractions."

"What a view!! Exuma Dream'n was an outstanding home and perfect for three couples and a long weekend celebrating my wife's birthday. The home was very clean and just as advertised online. The check-in and check-out coordination was seamless. We rented a boat for two days from Minn's in George Town to explore Stocking Island. Make sure you take the time to visit Kahari Resort on Stocking. If you don't have access to a boat, they have a shuttle that runs frequently during the day. Can't wait to...

"We have been traveling to Great Exuma for 15 years staying at the hotels and private villas. This was the best! The check in process was seamless. It’s well built and designer decorated with spacious bedrooms and tall ceilings, premium appliances and furniture. Home away from home in paradise. Service was prompt. The property manager, Corey, is very attentive and professional, he came up to greet us at the villa and gave us his contact information. When we reached out with couple of questions...
