Cozy Home in Hendersonville Short Drive to Nashville

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. 4 spacious bedrooms with two kings, two full size beds. Upon request we have two twin air mattress that can be placed in any space. 2 full baths & a half bath. Two desks for office space. Closet space for long term stays (30 days plus) short stays have clothing racks. TV’s in all bedrooms with streaming services & live TV. Toiletries provided. Super cozy & fun for all. Ask for a pack n play & high chair! Extremely close to the lake & great restaurants. Less than 20 minutes to Nashville and downtown attractions. Self Check-in w/ lockbox.

*Check in instructions are sent on day of arrival.

*If something gets broken or damaged please notify us right away.

*If you need an early check in or checkout please let us know that at least 24 hours in advance.

•No outside noise past 7 pm. Please be mindful of our neighbors this is a bedroom community.

•No partying, we have a 0 tolerance policy for any guests beyond the ones on the booking. If you plan on having guests outside the reservation make sure to approve it with us first.

•Please be mindful of the wildlife outside, we have deer and other critters that like to come get in the trash. Make sure the trash is in the trash can.

•NO SMOKING

•No burning of candles or incense.

•Please take out all trash to the trash bins by the back door.

•Towels in the bathtub.

•Make sure you don’t leave any trash or belongings behind.

Clean and convenient to our activities in Hendersonville. Owner was very responsive to a minor issue with the lock that had no impact on our stay. Appreciated the spacious layout and tastefully decorated home. I would definitely stay again.

Family Reunion

Our extended family met in Hendersonville for a family reunion at Old Hickory Lake. This home was perfect for me, my husband, two daughters, and 3 grandsons! Very relaxing and quiet area. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch for a bit. I love the home layout! Kitchen is well stocked and super functional! Most importantly, the beds and pillows are GREAT!….very comfortable!!!! I would definitely stay here again if the need arises!
