House was exactly as advertised. Everything was very comfortable and cosy. We played games, watched TV, made great meals, and played a lot of pool! Host was super-nice and very accommodating. Great stay all around.

Great cabin, very well appointed. As described and beautifully peaceful. Erica was excellent with communication. Whether there are just a couple of you or a full family, this cabin is a really good option, fully equipped with plenty of space to play. We split our time between Lebanon (Nashville race track), hiking (Burgess falls, 1.5 hour drive) and Nashville (25/30 min drive). Cabin location was a good central choice. Mount Juliet is easy to get around with plenty of restaurant choices if you prefer not to cook at the cabin. Thank you, Erica and Matt.

Absolutely satisfied! The property was spot on according to the listing. The amenities and cleanliness exceeded our expectations. We noticed the back porch lights going out and we communicated with the host and they responded promptly and efficiently. Very spacious and comfortable and full of everything you need. High quality furniture, appliances, and household items. Highly recommended!

Tranquil/Relaxing getaway

We enjoyed a long weekend away for a wedding. It was close to the wedding venue in a neighboring town and a short drive to downtown Nashville. The space was warm and inviting with ample space. The photos of the property are accurate and we thoroughly enjoyed our little retreat. The hosts checked in with me regularly which was also a very nice touch.

Hi, first off the hosts Erica and Matt were excellent throughout the whole process, communication spot on, seemingly always available and yet thats it, comfortable and not obtrusive in any way. Very nice and easy to deal with, thank you. The house is everything its built up to be and then some. If a getaway is what you seek its right here, quiet, secluded, peaceful, yet just 3 miles away is one of the busiest areas around with everything you could need. The cleanliness of the house is amazing and much appreciated, which makes it easy to settle in comfortably. We cannot say enough about the house, already looking ahead to book in the future, above all else. Thanks to Erica and Matt for a great experience and for making us feel at Home. Pat and Debbie

One of the best vrbo experiences ever! The house was immaculate and fully supplied with everything we needed except food. The living areas were wide open with comfortable furniture and large screen tv. The beds were extremely comfortable and the quiet location led to restful and restorative sleep after a busy visit to downtown Nashville. Communication with the hosts couldn’t have been easier and was very cordial at all times. These folks know how to do it right! Thank you

The house was just lovely. It is set back from a very quiet farm road with a good amount of foliage on the property and around. I am by no means an expert or good at writing reviews but thought the house very thoughtfully decorated with consideration for guests. We especially appreciated the copious number of charging ports in the bedrooms. The kitchen was perfectly sized with all the necessary amenities, and we lacked for nothing during our very comfortable one week stay. Everything was in excellent conditions; we had plenty of towels and other consumables. The location seems out of the way, but you are minutes from Mount Juliet and shopping. Erica and Matt are super thoughtful hosts, and very reachable. We really enjoyed our stay

The house is exactly as it’s advertised. It was very spacious and family friendly. Has all the amenities and appliances needed for everyday household use. The area is a nice area and the nearby grocery store Publix was extremely friendly and affordable. Highly recommend giving the local bakery a try, the items were delicious. We stayed for 7 days and they were even able to accommodate us for a last minute extended day. The entire process to extend was smooth and Erica made sure to keep us in the loop through the entire process. Definitely would recommend this home to everyone. We will definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area.
