House was exactly as advertised. Everything was very comfortable and cosy. We played games, watched TV, made great meals, and played a lot of pool! Host was super-nice and very accommodating. Great stay all around.

Hi, first off the hosts Erica and Matt were excellent throughout the whole process, communication spot on, seemingly always available and yet thats it, comfortable and not obtrusive in any way. Very nice and easy to deal with, thank you. The house is everything its built up to be and then some. If a getaway is what you seek its right here, quiet, secluded, peaceful, yet just 3 miles away is one of the busiest areas around with everything you could need. The cleanliness of the house is amazing and much appreciated, which makes it easy to settle in comfortably. We cannot say enough about the house, already looking ahead to book in the future, above all else. Thanks to Erica and Matt for a great experience and for making us feel at Home. Pat and Debbie

The house was just beautiful, and tastefully decorated. So very impressed with the cleanliness, everything was spotless. Communication with the hosts was simple and helpful. Highly recommend. It was a wonderful experience overall.

Tranquil/Relaxing getaway

We enjoyed a long weekend away for a wedding. It was close to the wedding venue in a neighboring town and a short drive to downtown Nashville. The space was warm and inviting with ample space. The photos of the property are accurate and we thoroughly enjoyed our little retreat. The hosts checked in with me regularly which was also a very nice touch.

One of the best vrbo experiences ever! The house was immaculate and fully supplied with everything we needed except food. The living areas were wide open with comfortable furniture and large screen tv. The beds were extremely comfortable and the quiet location led to restful and restorative sleep after a busy visit to downtown Nashville. Communication with the hosts couldn’t have been easier and was very cordial at all times. These folks know how to do it right! Thank you

The house was just lovely. It is set back from a very quiet farm road with a good amount of foliage on the property and around. I am by no means an expert or good at writing reviews but thought the house very thoughtfully decorated with consideration for guests. We especially appreciated the copious number of charging ports in the bedrooms. The kitchen was perfectly sized with all the necessary amenities, and we lacked for nothing during our very comfortable one week stay. Everything was in excellent conditions; we had plenty of towels and other consumables. The location seems out of the way, but you are minutes from Mount Juliet and shopping. Erica and Matt are super thoughtful hosts, and very reachable. We really enjoyed our stay
