Meticulously transformed, our vacation home offers a complete makeover, boasting brand new features throughout. Even the TVs and furniture are brand new, ensuring a fresh and contemporary ambiance.

Spanning three levels, our lake home offers ample living space, including multiple living rooms that cater to your every need. The primary bedroom presents a serene retreat, complete with a spa-like en suite bathroom and direct access to the back deck, where you can savor coffee and the great view. With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths in total, accommodating up to 10 people, our home is ideal for memorable getaways and cherished family vacations.

Love the convenience of having the lake and private dock in your back yard - rent a boat, go swimming, go fishing, kayaking, or do nothing at all. Engage in friendly competition with our corn hole set or challenge your skills on our table. For those who savor the joys of outdoor cooking, we provide a 4 burner gas grill perfect for grilling your favorite summer dinners. Multiple outdoor entertaining areas are available, providing seating for your cherished friends and family.

Step onto the expansive back deck that stretches across the entire house, allowing you to immerse yourself in breathtaking big water views. With deep water access, a brand new private floating dock, a beach, fire pit area and generous outdoor living space, there's no shortage of opportunities to embrace the outdoors. Picture yourself starting your mornings with a steaming cup of coffee, captivated by the magnificent views from the spacious deck overlooking the expansive waters and ending your evenings with beautiful water views. The home boasts 4 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 10 people:

Primary Bedroom #1 (main floor): 1 King bed with en suite bath
Bedroom #2 (upstairs): 1 King bed with jack and jill bathroom
Bedroom #3 (upstairs): 1 King bed with jack and jill bathroom
Bedroom #4 (lower level): 2 Queen beds

All 4 bedrooms have Smart TVs plus 2 additional TVs in living areas. Just bring your Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc. passwords and sign in like you’re at home. Wireless internet is provided.

Linens and bath towels are all new. We have 12 beach towels available for the duration of your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, cookware, air fryer/toaster oven, utensils, Keurig coffee maker and starter pack of K-cups, condiments, etc. Everything you need. Washer and dryer in laundry room downstairs.

We provide life jackets (2 large, 2 small) and 2 kayaks, that can be used at your own risk.

*There are several boat rental places in the area for you to rent any type of watercraft. You can tie off your boat or a rental boat on our floating dock during your stay. Just 10 minutes to Stutts Marina!

HOUSE RULES:
The pontoon boat pictured at the dock is NOT included in the rental. Our personal pontoon boat is stored at this dock. No renters or guests are allowed on our pontoon boat to sit or hang out. Owners reserve the right to briefly come to remove our boat at any time. We will provide a courtesy text to let you know if/when this will take place. Owners will not be loitering around the dock during this quick process.

PLEASE NOTE: Our outside perimeter is monitored with security cameras for everyone's safety. If the security cameras are tampered with, renters will be asked to leave the property without refund.

Parking: Garage is locked for owners use. We have 4 driveway spaces available as well as a spot or 2 in front of the house along the road. 6 cars max or 4 cars and a boat trailer would fit.

Arrival:
• Check in time is 4 PM. No exceptions unless we do not have any outgoing guests on your arrival day.
• Home uses keyless entry. A unique passcode will be provided the day of your arrival.
• There is a “Welcome Book” that will have all important information, including Wi-Fi password, tips, restaurants, local things to do, check-out procedures, etc.
• Items provided for your convenience are dish soap and sponge, dishwasher pods/soap, cooking spices, salt and pepper, condiments, K-cups, tea bags, 4 rolls of paper towels, starter pack toilet paper, some Tide pods, etc.

Please note: Accidents happen, so there are basic cleaning supplies and cloths below the kitchen sink if you find yourself in need. A vacuum is also available for your use.

Departure:
• Check out time is 10 AM. This rule must be followed as we need ample time to prepare and professionally clean for our next incoming guests. No exceptions unless we do not have any incoming guests that day.
• Remove any food left in refrigerator or pantry and discard.
• Place all trash in trash bags in the outside trash bin or recycling containers.
• Please load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start a clean cycle.
• Please return all items to their original location.
