*Social Membership Included* Welcome to Pelican Preserve a bustling 55+ community! There is something for everyone here! Multiple pools, pool bar/restaurant, walking paths, a nature preserve, pickle ball, tennis, basketball court, bocce ball, card room, fitness center and restaurants. Just 40 minutes from either Ft. Myers Beach or Sanibel makes for a great day trip! This beautifully decorated 1st floor condo has breathtaking sunset views from the screened in patio! All the amenities of home including Wi-Fi and cable TV. Linens are included as well as a four-seater golf cart to get around the community, as well as beach gear, sand toys, towels, inflatables and shelling gear!

Loved so much .... decided to buy a PP home

The unit was the best rental we have ever rented! Clean and everything we needed was available for our use. Very well decorated and homey. Lauren was awesome to deal with and happy to answer any questions I had. A definite - great recommendation!
