This upstairs unit overlooks one of the 12 salt-water pools inside the exclusive Legacy Villas, a gated, 40-acre resort condo community in La Quinta, California.

Enjoy your morning coffee outside, or delve into your favorite book on our outdoor couch and armchairs. BBQ on the infrared Charbroil grill while waving to the kiddos playing in the pool below. Not only do the Main Balcony and King Suite Balcony overlook the pool, but both boast a nearly front row view of the serene Santa Rosa mountains surrounding Legacy’s manicured grounds.

Our villa can host up to 8 guests with a private King Suite, a private Queen Suite, a Queen Bedroom, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. In addition to the Living Room TV, all three bedrooms have their own TVs with local cable (no more fighting over the remote!). With WIFI speeds up to 500Mps, there’s plenty of bandwidth for multiple devices.

Plush Living Room furniture welcomes guests to comfortably gather around the oversized coffee table for board games, or other family shenanigans. Meanwhile, Mom & Dad can hide out in their own private suite with their own private balcony and their own private bath. Fully-equipped kitchen, stacked washer/dryer, and plenty of room to spread out, provide home-like comfort throughout your vacation experience. The main pools and Legacy clubhouse are just a 2-3 minute walk along the main paseo, the central walkway in Legacy Villas. As you stroll along the palm-tree lined main paseo, you will pass sparkling fountains, walk under bougainvillea arches, and wonder at the citrus trees. Be on the lookout for hummingbirds, road runners, and cottontail bunnies!

KING SUITE: King-size bed. Desk/Workstation with desklamp, deskpad, and usb-a/usb-c charging hub. One-touch gas fireplace. Widescreen TV with Cable. French doors open to private balcony with pool and mountain views. Wetbar with mini-fridge. Bathroom ensuite with granite countertops, soaking tub, and oversized step-in shower. Personal thermostat (set a separate temp from the rest of the unit!). Ceiling fan light. Secondary entrance/foyer if Mom&Dad want to sneak in/out without waking the kiddos in the Living Room.

DINING AREA: Dining Table with seating for 6-7. Breakfast Bar with counter-height seating for 2. French doors open to main balcony with additional outdoor seating for 4.

KITCHEN: Fully-equipped kitchen. Solid Granite Kitchen counter-tops. Full-size Refrigerator/Freezer with Ice Dispenser and Filtered Water Dispener. 5-burner Gas Stove and oven. Microwave. Dishwasher. Coffeemaker, Toaster, Blender and Electric Tea Kettle. Plates, glassware, utensils, and cookware provided.

LAUNDRY: Stackable washer and dryer located in hallway niche.

SUNDRIES: A courtesy starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo + conditioner, dish soap, dishwasher packs, and laundry detergent is provided for your stay. Any further supplementation, or additional cleaning products, are the responsibility of the guest.
