Private Bedroom & Bathroom

This is a private room and a bath. You will have the room and bathroom for yourself. (**NO KITCHEN & Laundry) There is private entrance through the backyard. Security system in the area. Parking area on premises. High speed wifi. You can have your privacy and quietness. There is tv, microwave and fridge in the room itself. There is also a working table/desk and a chair. I can try to accommodate any of your needs. The bedroom offers a queen-sized mattress and pillow and a standing shower with a mini-fridge and a microwave oven.
NOTE:
1. The entrance is through the backyard where you will have to walk through grass and stepping stone as shown in pictures.
2. There is a door in your room which connects you to the common areas of the house and is ALWAYS locked.
3. The house has thin walls, you might hear conversations or TV noise.
4. There is electric controls in the room which might need to be accessed by the owner incase the breaker goes off.
