Horizon South is located on the coveted west end of Panama City Beach, only a short walk across the street from where you can access the private Emerald Coast, white sands beach. The condo is a perfect home base for a Gulf coast get away. This 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath unit will comfortably sleep 5 guests, with a master bedroom, hallway twin bunks, and a queen size sleeper sofa bed in the living room. At home meals are no problem with the updated kitchen, fully equipped for your stay. After a day at the beach, relax in the evening watching your favorite shows on Roku TV, or bring your streaming device to enhance your TV experience. Finish the evening on the private balcony while enjoying a cool beverage. Challenge your friends on the mini golf course or other complex activities if desired.

These fees are set by HOA guidelines and collected at the resort front desk upon arrival; none of these funds go to the host. Online registration is also available.
ARMBANDS: $20 guest per stay (ages 6+) Children 5 and under are free. Bands are valid for up to 10 days. Greater than 10 days stays will have cost of $40 per armband.
PARKING: $25 per vehicle per stay (max 2 vehicles) Over 10 day stays have fee of $50. Note: no golf carts are permitted

PETS: Pets considered for 60+ night reservations per HOA guidelines with a $75 Pet fee.
