What an amazing stay! Grotto Mountain Guesthouse was beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed to relax after 4 days hiking in Banff and beyond. Canmore was a much better choice for us than Banff. MUCH less crowded, great restaurants and shopping without the “tourist” feeling of Banff. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Great location for family adventures!

Great location in Canmore. Plenty of spave for family of 4. Amenities on location were great! Kids lobed the pool and hot tub at the end of a long day exploring all the parks. Downtown Canmore is definitely less busy than its Banff counterpart. Thank you for having us! We had a wonderful trip!

Home away from Home

WoW...What a great little getaway space. Lianne and Trevor cover everything while you are in their home. Although we brought our own, they even had a Charcuterie board! This was a girls golf trip and we not only enjoyed beautiful Silvertip but coming back to the condo for a great soak in the hot tub! Can't wait to come again!

Great Accommodations!

The layout is really good. The two bedrooms are separated by the well-appointed kitchen and living area which makes each room very private. The unit is tastefully decorated and is very cozy. Kitchen has everything you'd ever need. Parking the car in the parking garage felt very safe and secure and would be especially nice in inclement weather.

Great stay!

We had the best stay at grotto mountain guesthouse. It was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable, even the pull out sofa had a nice mattress! The pool and hot tub were a big hit with our children. The hosts were welcoming.

Clean and spacious!

We had 6 people stay and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang their clothes and unpack suitcases. The master bathroom was so spacious. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. I loved having the washer and dryer available.
