Our favorite highlight of this home is the expansive wall of windows in the living room, framing unobstructed ocean views and spectacular sunsets. It’s a rare experience where the shoreline feels like part of your living space. Thoughtfully designed as a peaceful retreat, Our space encourages you to unwind and embrace the coast’s natural beauty, with interiors and flexible spaces crafted for comfort and ease.

- A unique bonus room with turf flooring, bold wallpaper, and twin day beds.

- A former sauna, now repurposed into a cool, quiet nook—ideal for relaxing before or after a shower.

- Spacious living area with a large electric fireplace, ample seating, and unmatched ocean views.

Iconic restaurants, cozy cafés, art galleries, boutiques, and the pier’s aquarium are all within walking or biking distance. - Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed

- Third Bedroom: Daybed with two twin mattresses (accessible through Primary bedroom and includes access to the shower room)

- Living Room: Large couch + foldable queen-size floor mattress

Note: Bedrooms do not have any windows. The only windows are in the living room overlooking the beach.

- Half Bathroom: Toilet and sink, located in the hallway

- Shower Room: Separate and accessible via the third bedroom and primary bedroom.

- Street parking is also available in the neighborhood, though it may be limited due to the beachside location.

- No Smoking Policy Reminder: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property—inside the unit, on the balcony, or within the multi-family complex—as required by Manhattan Beach law. Violations may be reported to the booking platform and could result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.

- Construction Notice: Some nearby construction may cause daytime noise. The area remains safe and welcoming during your stay

- Fireplace is non-fire burning and includes an electronic insert.

- The fuse box is located in the utility room and requires a key to access. The key’s location will be provided if there are any issues related to sudden power surges.

- We also have a handheld steamer to fulfill your ironing requirements
