Casa Blanca luxury Villa Private pool sleeps 30!

Casablanca is an amazing well planned and meticolously decorated luxury villa at the heart of Sand Hallow. 5 king on-suites with private bathrooms, huge bunk room with two bathrooms. Large private heated pool and 10 person spa. 75` smart TVs in every bedroom and 85` tvs in each of the two spacious family rooms. Getting bored? Never! Putting green, kid friendly axe throwing, 8 arcade machines, Xbox, board games, private pool and hot tub, access to pickle ball courts, gym, and more pools!

This home is made for entertaining large groups. There are 5 king on-suites with private bathrooms. 1 huge bunk room with 7 queen beds and 2 twin beds. Adjoining the bunkroom are 2 bathrooms. The home is handicap accessible with 1 master suite on the main level.

The private pool is the largest in the neighborhood! It has a shamu shelf, bubblers, in water sunning chairs, 4 deck sunning chairs, in water sun umbrella, water basketball, and LED lighting. The hot tub holds 10, and is right next to the large fire pit with seating.

For the true indoor outdoor living experience there is a large barbque with an outdoor table for 10. We provide the putters for you to practice on our 3 hole putting green. Bone up on your target practice with our kid friendly axe throwing.

There are 2 decks. One has swinging nest chairs that overlook the pool. The other has comfy seating and mood lighting, with views clear to Zions.

Rainy days happen, but we’ve got you covered. There are 6 arcade machines with hundreds of games. Street fighter, NBA for 4 players, PAC Man, and pinball just to name a few. There’s also an Xbox on our 85” game room tv. Another 85” tv in the family room, and every bedroom has their own 75” tv to sit back and relax with. We’ve also stocked the game room with some crowd pleasing board games.

This kitchen is made for large gatherings with seating for 26, and 10 more just on the patio. It has 2 side by side refrigerators with water dispensers, a built in ice maker for all your drinks, 5 burner gas stove, 2 convection ovens, and stocked with all the things you need to prep your meals.

*Local Attractions*
Zion’s National Park entrance is 33 miles away. The narrows, Angels landing and the Subway are just a short drive from our home.
Sand Hollow state park is just 4 minutes down the road. Enjoy your time on the lake, on the beach, cliff jumping, or hitting the dunes or slick rock on ATV’s, jeeps, or cycling.
Quail creek reservoir is just 10 minutes away. It’s a great place to get out on the water or relax on the beach. It’s an excellent fishing place , and a good place to escape the crowds.
Golfing. Swing on by any of the 12 golf courses within 20 miles. 2 public, 8 municipal, and 2 private.
Red Cliffs recreation is 15 minutes
away. A national conservation area with red rock hiking trails, and rock climbing, with spectacular views.

* Pool Heating*
The pool will be heated at 70 degrees , if a warmer temperature is desired during winter months there is a $75 daily charge. The Spa can be heated to 100 degrees no extra charge. Please give 48 hour notice if you would like to have the pool heated so we can have it ready for you.
*Neighborhood*
This is a brand new home. Some of the neighborhood is still being built. The renter/agent is to understand that there is a chance of some construction noise.

This beautiful home is located in Aerie resort Ellim Valley, European inspired comunity with expansive lanscapes, large club house with spa, large pools, workout room, pickleball courts and much to come.

Plenty of parking at the house, large driveweay, double Rv parking, 2 car garage stalls
No street parking is allowed from November 15 to April 15 due to winter conditions, we have 3 indoor garage spaces and 8 car spaces on the heated driveway.

To not disturb our neighbors and obey sound ordinance we ask not to use the spa or outdoor entertainment after 10pm.

Summit county sound ordinance is 7 pm to 7 am. Use of outdoor spaces need to adhere to that ordinance rule including but not limited to decks, spa and sauna. Max sound 50DBA after 7 pm ( soft talking, please don`t talk over the noise of the spa jets, this is too loud)
