Fresh and fabulous, sleek and modern, & centrally located. This 3 bedroom 1.1 bathroom home was just renovated with all modern finishes and appointments. Gorgeous kitchen with all necessary amenities. Large family room with 85 inch smart TV, & electric fireplace. Two bedrooms with king sized beds. Kids bedroom with 2 twin beds. Full bathroom with large walk in shower and rain shower. Large yard with Gazebo and outdoor dining space. 2 car garage. Truly a fab house!
This home is brand new! Everything was renovated with modern finishes and decor. It provides a spacious place for entertainment and function. The backyard is fantastic with large covered gazebo. In addition, the home is centrally located with quick access to so much: Rosemont, Uptown Des Plaines, Chicago (drive or train), Schaumburg, tons of outdoor activities, tons of amazing restaurants!
We worked really hard to make this a great home!

Perfect vacation rental for our daughter’s family. Host was super responsive, pictures were accurate, kitchen was beautifully equipped. Fireplace was an added bonus and some games for the kids. We created dining for six by moving the two chairs in the living room into the kitchen, plus two bar stools for extra dinner guests. Great experience!!

Pictures were accurate, and it is very nicely updated! Plenty of parking and we appreciated the option of using the garage. The covered back patio was awesome to hang out and play cards. Family enjoyed our stay and would absolutely rent this place again.

We had a great stay at this house. It was exactly as it appears in the pictures. It was incredibly clean and was very comfortable. The fenced in backyard was great for our dog and the neighborhood was perfect for taking her for a walk. The neighborhood is nice and was very quiet. We really appreciated having a washer and dryer and a few detergent pods left for us. We used to live in the area and would definitely stay here again!

Home Away from Home

We stayed at Matthew’s place for a week while we were selling our house and needed to be out of the way for open houses. It was the perfect space for our family: three great bedrooms (our daughter was thrilled with her unicorn bed), a big fenced in yard for our dog, laundry in unit, and a great park nearby.

Nice remodeled house in quiet neighborhood.

The house has been very nicely remodeled. The kitchen is very nice. We would have liked it stocked with wine glasses and more cookware. There were plenty of bags, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent. The bathrooms were beautiful and clean. Towels were soft and clean. The beds were nice and comfortable. The bed and baseboards could have been cleaned better. Sheets were soft, but a bit thin for winter. The fenced in yard was fantastic. The location in the suburbs was excellent. It is a nice and quiet residential neighborhood.
