The garden unit is partly used for storage and it's also rented to a long time resident (background-checked) single person, who is in the travel industry and is seldom there. Only exterior rear door is shared with garden unit..

Our peach tree in the backyard is usually in full bloom (loaded with peaches) in the June-July timeframe. If you book during those months, you may even taste them with permission of Host only. Just ask :)
