You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located condo. Pool with an amazing view of Sea of Cortez. Lots of great restaurants to walk or Uber to.

Laundry in unit. Full kitchen. TV's in each bedroom and living room with Netflix and other streaming services. Wifi. Whole house water filter with UV filtration making the water safe to drink. Peak a boo Ocean view from balcony.

Great place for a girls trip or couples get away. Fold out futon in living room.

Propery was great, pool was a little cool for swimming, we were here in early feb. We enjiyed our walks to town visiting with the l8cal dogs on the dirt road

Beautiful space

The apartment was modern, beautiful and very well equipped. Be warned though, the last couple hundred meters are an uphill hike to the property if you like to walk everywhere like we did.

Lovely condo in friendly neighborhood

Very relaxing, lovely decor and furnishings, comfortable beds. Very quiet location except for neighbor’s dogs in the morning. A steep walk up a dirt road to access seemed daunting at first but we quickly came to appreciate the exercise and separation from the busy streets. 25 minute walk to the mall. Host very responsive whenever we had questions or needed help. Great value and experience

One month stay

Dogs barking ruined our stay! 14 dogs next door to balcony barked at every move! Sleep was interrupted daily! Loose dogs down the block barked frantically when you walked by. Couldn’t sit on balcony for noise and dirt. The road in and parking lot is not paved. The road is full of holes and sand making it difficult to walk. The pool is not heated and was literally too cold to swim in. The outdoor furniture poolside was rusted and worn out,. This is not a place to stay if you wanna relax around the condo. The condo itself was clean well equipped and the hosts were very helpful with any questions we had. Overall overpriced for the area.

Everything was great! Loved the place. Just a little note, the road that leads to the condo is uphill and not fully paved. Kind of not easy to get there if you don't have AWD vehicle specially in the dark.

My husband and I currently live in Tumwater, WA with our two Frugs (3/4 Frenchie, 1/4 Pug). We love to travel and Cabo is now our home away from home. We love sharing our condo with other people so they can experience Cabo outside of an all inclusive resort.

Why they chose this property

Walking distance to downtown (20 minutes average depending on where you want to go), the pool view is amazing (day and night). When the Marina has fireworks, you can see them from the pool. If you don't feel like walking Uber is around $5 to get to the Marina. It is peaceful and quiet. We feel safe walking around at night, I have walked to the marina by myself. There are so many great places to eat, we still haven't been to all of them.

What makes this property unique

My kitchen is stocked well. I love to cook and wanted to make sure anyone that stays at the condo would be able to make meals. We have a full house water filter, so the water is safe to drink and ice is safe to use.
