The unheated pool is gorgeous, at night enjoy the city view, and in the morning you can use the gym facing Cabo San Lucas.

Lujoso condominio de 2 habitaciones en el desarrollo más nuevo de Cabo en Pedregal, llamado `Montemar` en el octavo piso. A pocos pasos del centro y la vida nocturna de Cabo San Lucas, a poca distancia de la marina, centros comerciales, tiendas y bancos, entre otros.
Relájate y disfruta de una de las vistas más espectaculares.
La piscina (sin calefacción) es impresionante, por la noche disfruta de la vista a la ciudad y por la mañana puedes usar el gimnasio con vista a Cabo San Lucas.
Loretta está abierto de 9 am a 8 pm.

The unit was lovely--modern, convenient, with spectacular views of the harbor and Cabo San Lucas. The property management were very professional, courteous and helpful. It was a great location, close to the center of Cabo. Because it was high enough to offer great views, be prepared to walk up a rather steep grade to get to Miramont. All worth it and, as my son said, a good workout after enjoying a delicious meal. There was only one problem that I mention here because those who are looking might want to check before renting. We were on the third floor, beneath the pool and hot tub. The first few days were quiet and lovely, however, on the fourth day we were woken at 7 by a loud gurgling, growling noise coming from the pool that continued until 10 AM. The management did their best to resolve the problem but, finally, just moved us to a unit higher up. All in all it was a lovely experience and we would return with pleasure.
