Rebel fans, come and relax in our cozy townhouse on a quiet Cul-de sac just off campus - decorated with Ole Miss Memorabilia throughout. Located under one mile from the Ole Miss Campus, you can easily explore the beauties of Oxford on foot with sidewalk access to nearby Oxford staple, Pizza Inn, your next sporting event, or all the way to the square if you're in good shape!

The outdoor living room is screened to keep out the pesky bugs and comes complete with a small HDTV and seating for 4. It's a great spot for your morning cup of coffee or a breakfast! This wonderful outdoor area is enhanced by an uncovered patio with plenty of seating to enjoy some sunshine or a wonderful view of Oxford's night sky!

Inside this beautiful 2-story townhome, an upstairs master bedroom comes equipped with a mini-fridge and coffee station right inside, a queen bed and a full bathroom. A second bedroom is also located upstairs with a full bed. The second full bath is located downstairs. The kitchen is complete with all your standard cookware, a bar / barstools, and a dining area. The indoor living room will keep you entertained with a 55" smart tv surrounded by cozy seating, and you'll enjoy high speed wi-fi access throughout the property included with your stay.

If grilling is your thing, you've come to the right place. Our townhome is equipped with a large propane grill and we'll make sure it's full of gas when you arrive. There's a bar station for mixing your favorite cocktails while you enjoy the game or spend some quality time with your loved ones.

No smoking on the property, and sorry, but no pets. We love our animals very much, but unfortunately, the design of this property is not great for pets. We look forward to hosting you in our favorite home away from home!
