The condo was clean and nice in appearance. Adequately supplied. The fireplace was so noisy we didn’t use it. The heating system was also incredibly noisy and woke me at night when it came on. Check in was very stressful. The owners do not go through VRBO. Their requirements were more than I have ever run into before. Doubt I’ll use VRBO again since they allow owners to go off site.

Units were clean and had everything we needed. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Vince was very quick to respond to my questions.

Very comfortable

We utilized both units (503 and 504). It was very comfortable. They provided a ton of coffee pods for the Nespresso. It was especially nice for our older mom to not have to do any stairs. Close to the pool but not too close!

Place is Okay. The are Issues

We have stayed at Icicle several times. Let me start the good: the units were spacious for myself and family. We enjoyed our stay for the most part. Bad: Bed was broken in the master, property manager says they were not aware, but underneath the bed were bins full of sheets that made it look like they were there to support the bed in case it broke. Also, the thermostat and HVAC was terrible. It had a mind of its own and we often woke us up too hot or cold. Lastly, there were candy wrappers behind the furniture, which questioned how well the units were clean and inspected. Net-net, would not rent this unit again.
