This place is 2 stories. It has a total of 5 bedrooms. 4 of them are upstairs and the last bedroom is downstairs. There is a total of 2 1/2 bathrooms. Upstairs, you can relax in the loft. 11 of us stayed here while in town for a funeral. The location was great and the house was perfect for what we needed.

House was very commutative and took care of any issues that arose. House was well kept checking process was easy and we enjoyed our stay. Would stay again

Marie was great to work with, very responsive! The house was super clean and plenty of rooms for our family. Great little neighborhood in the north side of Tucson which is my favorite area.

Great home with lots of beds

My RC Aircraft Team stayed here for the competition and the home worked perfectly! There were lots of beds for each all of the team members and enough bathrooms for the whole team aswell. The garage was perfect for working on the aircraft and the kitchen and dining area was great for feeding the whole team. Overall very nice house that is clean and prefect for large groups.

Wedding weekend

Multi Generational Family Stay

This place was perfect for us. We were down for the wedding of a family member and decided to all stay together. The first floor bedroom was perfect for my grandmother, with a bathroom right next to it and she didn't have to go up any stairs. There was plenty of rooms for each of the adult couples on the second floor, and the bunk room and yard were perfect for all of the kids. The whole house was very clean and comfortable!

Perfect family getaway for Family Weekend at UA

The house was perfect for our family stay for Family Weekend at UofA. We had plenty of room and we were able to cook. Parking was crowded, as we had 2 full size trucks and couldn't fit in the garage. Jamie is very communicative & friendly! I would definitely stay again! The only downside to the property was the TV connections. It was a bit hard to navigate and there are only 2 TVs in the house.

Tucson Stay

We spend 10 days at this property. Overall, things were good and the location was perfect for our plans. Quite neighborhood. I would have only 2 complaints to list . #1 the water heater was under sized and if you were the last in your group to shower the water would cool off noticeably . #2 The main TV in the family room is very old and super hard to operate. The tv also has no external speakers and watching any TV as a group almost became comical due to the poor quality. Everything else was fine and as listed in their listing.
