Basha’s grocery store is about three minutes away. The Amazing Lake Havasu Human Bean(coffee) is within a couole minutes. Golf course is close by adm the amazing hiling trails as well. Every ither other entertainment and amenity is within reasonable distance. Game room includes couch, table and chairs, Jenga, tv, shuffle board, ping pong table, and A/C. Bring your toys as this house is ready and will have a pool very soon !!!! Early check in is available most of the time. For long term rentals, there is an exception for smaller pets, must be house trained.
