The space
Enjoy the entire House with King size bed in private spacious bedroom, lots of lighting, large living room with Sofa couch, large TV with cable & ROKU, fully appointed Kitchen with dishes, pots and pans etc, Dining area, office space with usb outlets, washer and dryer, and large Bathroom, patio, fenced in yard with privacy.
Guest access
There is On street parking & there is parking in the lot (ONLY after 5 PM until 7:30 AM. )
Please note the parking lot is used by the business across the street from 8 to 5 Monday through Friday. If you park in the lot during business hours you will get blocked in so make sure you are out of lot before 8 am.
On Saturdays the parking lot is used for a Farmers market starting at 7 am to 3 pm. On Saturdays the parking lot is available after 3 pm and all day Sunday for parking.
Other things to note
We do have 3 apartments in this building. Please consider other guests as you enter quietly on the steps. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. Remember to smoke in the smoking area by the fence. Thank you.
