Cozy 2 Bdrm Condo! Beach, Pool & Pickleball! Beautiful resort feel!

Our “Feisty Flamingo” Condo unit 204C has 2 bedrooms / 1 bath and a queen size sleeper sofa in the livingroom. It is located 3.5 miles from the main intersection of HWY 59 and West Beach Blvd. This area has less traffic and congestion but still has easy access to stores, restaurants, entertainment and the beautiful white sand beach across the street! Our Condo is located on the 2nd floor and has elevator access. It has keyless entry with a secure unique number for your stay, no keys to keep up with. It has been newly renovated from top to bottom. The unit has everything you need for a great vacation. Boat launch on premises for a one time $30 fee.

3 Roku tv's. The main bedroom has new furniture with a comfortable queen size memory foam mattress and a 32” Roku smart tv and decorated in bright tones. It also has access to the balcony with a beautiful view of the lagoon and oasis pool area. The guest room has a queen bed and new mattress with chest of drawers and 32” smart TV. The living area has leather furniture (Queen sleeper) and a 50” Roku tv! The kitchen has all new stainless appliances with built in air fryer included in new oven and dual coffee pot 12 cup or pod - starter coffee included to get you started. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook meals except your food! Waves store is about 1.7 miles east of the complex and they carry supplies you might need quickly. We provide kids plates and utensils so no worries about broken dishes. Kitchen table has stool seating for 4. There is a new full size stack washer and dryer provided. STARTER supply of laundry (H/e) detergent supplied. The balcony overlooks the pool and has a beautiful lagoon view as well. It has table seating for four and two chairs. The pool area is large (not heated) with a small hot tub. They have been fully refurbished. There are restrooms located at the pool, east and west side of the common area facing the beach. Two tennis/pickleball courts and shuffleboard area are located at the north end of the pool by the lagoon. There are two charcoal grilling areas at the complex, both are located lagoon side and have picnic tables. No grilling allowed on balcony! Watch the beautiful sunset while you grill for family or friends. Deeded beach access is located across the street with easy access and WiFi on the beach provided by GSSRC! The complex offers lagoon access and first come first served boat slips with fishing piers and fish cleaning station as well. Bring your motor boat, kayak, canoe or Personal watercraft and your favorite fishing reels. MOTORIZED boat/watercraft launch fee is $30 for your entire stay and can be purchased at the complex office. Parking passes are required at $30 per vehicle and must be purchased at the office. Covered parking is for complex owners only. We provide folding beach chairs, umbrellas, kids beach toys and a wagon to haul it all to the beautiful white sand beach. Conveniently rent beach chairs and umbrellas right on our beach. I have some beach toys, floats, beach wagon, etc available on the balcony as well as a few games, puzzles and books inside the TV stand for a rainy day as well, we also have tennis rackets (6 adult and 2 children’s) and a few tennis balls to use at our courts, we also have pickleball and have 4 racquets and balls for it. The condo will sleep six with the sofa sleeper. Perfect for small family vacation or girls trip or fishing trip. We want you to enjoy your stay and make many wonderful memories.
