June & July: 7-night rentals only, Saturday–Saturday

Rest of year: 2-night minimum stay

Minimum age to book: 25 (no exceptions)

No smoking

Check-in: After 4:00 PM

Check-out: Before 10:00 AM

16% lodging tax applied to all reservations

Booking subject to owner approval


Cancellation Policy

30+ days before check-in: 100% refund

14–30 days before check-in: 50% refund

Within 14 days of check-in: No refund
