Questa casa ha tutti i comfort necessari per rilassarsi e godersi una vacanza al mare. Solo un isolato dalla spiaggia e situato a tutti i ristoranti, negozi e attività Outer Banks. Goditi le rinfrescanti brezze di aria salata mentre sei fuori sul ponte o goditi il sole dal ponte sul tetto arredato. Questa casa confortevole e molto conveniente è il luogo perfetto per la famiglia di venire e godersi una vacanza in Outer Banks.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall very good. Afew minor problems the most serious was the discovery of 2 wasp nests. All issues were corrected within a few hours. The pool could have had a little heat.

Beach week 2024

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was cute. Smaller than I expected. The master shower was tiny and new mattresses are needed in a couple of bedroom, as well as a full size fridge in the man cave downstairs. The house was advertised as having bicycles for riding but the 2 bikes chained to poles downstairs were not in working condition and we were not given a key to unlock them. We also did not have access to the room downstairs for the first 24 hours. I was also disappointed with the proximity of the house to actual beach access. I also feel that the house was overpriced after having stayed there. Although we had a nice beach week I would not rent this particular house again.

Great Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had an amazing time at this location! Easy walking distance to the beach. The property was super clean on arrival, not even any spider webs hanging in the outside areas which is plus for me! Loved that there was a extra bathroom downstairs for extra privacy for those who wanted it. The only con I could see is the walls are paper thin, you can hear everything that goes on in every other room. I would absolutely stay again!

Great House for the Money

As the other reviews stated, it could use some renovations and deep cleaning, but for what we paid, it was great. The beds aren't all that comfy, but usable. The master shower leaks terribly and the screen on the back porch is nearly impossible to shut properly. However, we enjoyed our stay. Great location!

The Good and The Bad

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The BadArrived to check in and was told property was ready. Arrived at house to find no cleaning done and all used bedding and towels still there. Waited for cleaning to be done. Main bedroom shower leaked badly all over the floor. Toilet was blocked and ready to overflow. Waited for that to be taken care of. Grass was higher than the knees and called 4 times about it. Told the work order was issued and assigned but never taken care of. Had to "find" the deck chairs and then scrub them because they were crummy in the outside shower.The GoodLocation was nice. View from decks beautiful. House was stocked with anything you may need for the kitchen. Plenty of plates and appliances.

My Happy Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 2 weeks here for our anniversary, Oct/Nov. The property was exactly as described, and clean & well-maintained. It's not super-modern, but so comfortable. I cannot say enough about Beach Realty's courteous service. From the rooftop deck you can see the ocean, & the Wright Bros. Memorial to the west. We found a nearby beach access path & spent some time beach-combing. There are lots of good eateries nearby. (Capt. Georges for our anniversary.) We drove all up & down Hwy. 12. You must see the lighthouses! It was a great vacation for this country couple--we have already recommended this place to our friends.

I think that in the description you have that you are one block from the beach. That is very misleading because you have to walk at least 4 or 5 blocks to get to a public access. Everything else is private. The layout of this house was very nice but it needs some TLC. Towel racks and toilet paper holders fell right off and there wasn't any vacuum cleaner to help with the cleanup. The hockey table is a nice touch but needs new paddles. The view from the top deck was beautiful. We will be back to Outer Banks but don't think I would rent this place again.

First Wife's for a reason. Second wife got a better house!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved dealing with Beach Realty again this year. This house however needs some detailed attention. I have an allergy to mold and could tell the house had mold in it somewhere. Rental company tried to clran it up but it was in the floor and walls. The location was great but the house needs upgrading badly. Someone is aware of the leaks throughout the house because the laundry room ceiling has holes cut in it from someone looking for leaks. For the money that is paid per week we expected a mold free house after we made the rental company aware of the problem.

First Wife's was a verycomfortable place to stay

Reviewer Comments: After paying for this rental, I read the reviews further and seen where others were voicing that the beach access was very far away, So we became concerned that we might be inconvenienced. But after getting there and seeing the property our worries were unfounded. It's only about two blocks to the side and one block up to the beach access, which worked out fine for us as we like walking with our dogs in a relaxed easy pace. The place was nice and clean, had all the cooking utensils you need, and the air conditioning was very good (we had to turn it down). There were 2 small issues and we let the realty co. know, and they were very attentive to the situation. The deck was very nice, my wife and our dogs sat out there often. We like the quietness here as there is a yard and some room from the neighbors enough to not be disturbed. This is a place is a good value, and a comfortable and clean rental.

Bike Week - Weekend Rental

Great Decks!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first year staying at this house- the set up of the home was great. We loved the decks and being on a corner lot. The only difficult part was it was 0.4 mile walk to the beach access each way. The carpets in the living room were stained but we spent most of our time outside anyway.

Nice House Not Great Beach Access

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice place. Accommodated 5 of us without problems. 2 issues. One is beach access. we are close to the each road but there is no access at that point. You have to go left or right several hundred yards to public access. Too far with chairs, umbrella etc unless you drive. Did not want to drive to the beach every day! The otyher relatively small issue is the dryer at the house. Needs updating. Took 3 or 4 70 minute cycles to get towels etc dry. Hose was clean and in good shape. Would have appreciated ESPN on the TV for ball game viewing. It was not available.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We needed a place to stay cause our vehicle broke down Sat, night before leaving on Sunday. Beach Reality was great in assisting us with the move from the house we had all week, to this place for 3 nights. This house needs some attention on the beds, the mattresses are totally worn out as were the pillows. the bathrooms needed some extra cleaning and new caulking around the showers. It is a cute house, but over priced. The yard had sand burrs all over so it was difficult for the puppies to walk around, very little grass! Over all, it did in an emergency situation. Thank you, Beach Reality for all the help you provided us with our stay at OBX.
