Two Bedroom Farmhouse Cottage No. 1

Make this two bedroom farmhouse cottage located in Orderville as your home base on your vacation to the wonders and beauties of southern Utah. Orderville is a small rural community with all of the necessities for your visit, i.e. gas station, grocery store, post office, restaurant, etc. Should you require anything other than necessities, you would need to bring them.
The space
This space is great for families and small groups. We are centrally located to Zion, Bryce and Grand Canyon national parks. The East entrance to Zion is approximately 25 miles to the West, Bryce lies approximately 60 miles the North and the North rim of the Grand Canyon lies approximately 90 miles to the South. There are also many local areas of interest which we can direct you to if interested. Some of these being the Coral Pink Sand Dunes state park, Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Hog Canyon, Peekaboo slot canyon, the Wave, Red Cave and the Barracks. Several local companies offer ATV/UTV or Jeep tours to many of these sites. There are also several companies in which you can rent ATV/UTV's if interested. Kane County has recently been concentrating on improving local hiking trails and making new ones if that is an interest to you. Horseback riding is also available in several areas. Guest access
You have access to the entire unit consisting of 720 square feet of livings space. There is a fully stocked (pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc.) combined kitchen/dining/living room. The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator with an ice maker, microwave oven, range and dishwasher. There is a stackable washer/dryer combo just off the bedrooms with laundry essentials provided. There are two bedrooms with a queen sized bed in each. The bathroom is fully stocked with wash clothes, towels, bath mat, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash and conditioner. There is a small porch/patio on the rear of the cottage on which is located chairs, a table and gas BBQ grill.
Other things to note
There is a common fire pit at the rear of Cottage No 3. Firewood is provided and can be used when local laws allow it.
