About this property

Lake Whistler Beach House with lakefront pool

Enjoy the entire yard and non-public lake with a private beach which offers you fishing and water sports . Paddle boards/Kayaks at no cost to our guests. We allow 1 night booking only for big events (please message for more details).

The main house has a pool table, air hockey and live darts! We have a BBQ (included in rental), 4 TV's, live streaming TV (Sling), Internet, movie library, washer/dryer, Pool and pool Jacuzzi. There is small fenced back yard for pets (pet fee required). The home is about 30-40 mins from Disney Parks, 30-40 mins from Vineland premium outlets, 30 mins from Legoland, and 5 mins from Lake Myrtle Sports Park. (Hablamos Español).

The home has 3 units each with their own independent entrances and do not communicate with each other. The main home is where guests will stay. Management resides in the other 2 units to provide constant service to the property and assist guests when required. Management is not there to oversee your activities. The garage is between the main home and the other units providing ample private space for renters. Nothing is shared on the property. Renters have their own entrance, internet, SLING access, AC, and parking.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Leave any dirty dishes in the sink. Leave the beds to us. Leave the towels in the bathrooms or in the laundry room.
Take out all opened food from the fridge and put it in the trash.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please read our rental agreement. Fee for 1 pet is $100. $75 for additional pets No pets are allowed on the furniture or beds.
Please do not eat/drink on the beds or on the fabric couches. Do not sit on the beds or fabrics couches when wet

I can’t say enough good things about this house! The pictures do not do this house justice. It is spacious and well equipped. The fenced area for our dogs was perfect. We spent so much time on the back porch enjoying the view. The owners were awesome and have stocked the house so well. We would definitely stay here again!

Exactly what we needed!

A weekend to celebrate my Moms life and the property was perfect for our family to gather and eat all her favorite dishes, reminisce, and have some much needed time together! The large space for entertaining and hanging out was the best we could ask for — and the parking for the family lunch after the funeral was easy. I would most definitely rent this property again and would highly recommend it for local families or groups to rent for gatherings. The hosts were super friendly and thoughtful given the circumstances of our stay.

Florida vacation

We had a group of 6 people all over the age of 55 stay at the property for 12 days. The property itself is very large so you don’t feel crowded at all. The house is right on a very peaceful private lake.The house itself is also very large with lots of things to do. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you need for cooking meals.The house is very clean and the hosts provide anything you might have forgotten to bring on the trip.The owner is extremely efficient in communicating with you if you have questions.There is a dollar general about 2 miles from the house and they have basics if you need anything and there are restaurants and a Publix grocery only a few minutes from the house.Overall we had a very nice experience and would recommend this property especially if you have children. Lots for them to do at the property. Also the property is close to Orlando so if Disney is on your agenda I think this property would be a good staging area for your trip.

A Weekend to Remember

I looked all up and down Florida looking for a particular type of rental for a great weekend with family and friends. I found this one. I thought this could be perfect if everything pans out. From what I expected to what I got, is night and day… This place was amazing and even better than the photos that were provided. We brought stuff to prepare, but they already had things there to accommodate the traveling experience that most people will have. The proprietors checked in and responded to contact messages I had in a timely manner. We participated in a lot of the activities that kept us on property without even realizing it, while the stores were only like five minutes away. I will definitely be returning to stay another weekend sometime when our family can get away again. The check-in and checkout times were extended beyond most places and their normal Check in / Check out times. I would give this place 10 stars if I could!

Now that chapter of my life is over my family and I are back in FL and we have been managing this vacation rental since 2019. After having lived in the very busy and loud capital of Costa Rica for many years I have come to truly appreciate the peace and quiet of a small city we are in now. Being able to share some of that serenity is what I really enjoy about hosting.

We moved to Auburndale to be close to family after living abroad for 15 years. We were fortunate enough to be able to find this home through some friends of the family. We have been running our successful vacation rental which has many 5 star reviews ever since we have arrived.

What makes this property unique

Our property has over 100 reviews on other another rental platform and our attention to cleaning and to notch service provides a comfortable living area where you can sleep peacefully and relax. Also the culmination of sounds from birds, owls, lake water flowing, wind blowing through the century old oak trees is relaxing enough to put you to sleep at any hour of the day. Of course if you don't feel like relaxing we are not that far from theme parks and shopping! That is what truly sets us apart from hotels and other vacation rentals.
