About this property

Gondola Square, only 60 feet to the gondola. Best location.

The condo has a comfortable living room with overstuffed, leather furniture and a 50 inch TV, a dining area, full kitchen, and all appliances. The upstairs loft has a 32 inch TV. The condo has air conditioning.

There is a full bath downstairs, along with a master bedroom with a king size bed and a closet. The loft contains 3 pillow top (matresses replaced 11/2018), queen beds, a full bath, walk-in closet, and a TV with DVD/VCR.

To ski, just go out the door, turn right down the hall, up a few steps, go right maybe 20 steps, go down the elevator, and out the door. To the left, there's the gondola! No bus or carrying your skis and poles around! LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. The kitchen is stocked with most of the essential condiments.

There's a blender, crockpot, and griddle. There will be a bottle of wine on the table to greet you!

Thank You for choosing our condo for your ski vacation in the Boat. We were planning on doing some upgrades this year, my wife was diagnosed with cancer so the condo was put on the back burner for now. Hopefully soon we can get on that project.

Mike, Thank You for choosing our condo for your ski vacation. We tried to get a hot tub, but all the politics they said we would have to pour more concrete to support it. Plus they said it would run $36,000 for it. Ridiculous

Fantastic Location

We loved being able to walk directly out to the mountain. Our family of six fit comfortably and with young kids, having the the luxury of a short walk from the lifts was awesome.

Great location and nice accommodations!

Tom was such a proactive and kind host. The condo is right in the main Steamboat square, easy walk to main lifts. Tons of restaurants near by. The condo fit the 5 of us easily and had everything we needed. Parking garage is great as well, easy to find a spot and warm. Will book again when we return!

Very Cute Place w/Ski in/out access

Excellent place to stay if you want a ski in/out that’s centrally located. We had a single issue but the property manager was all over it and the issue was remedied before we left the slopes. Highly recommend this place.

Location is awesome. Plenty of space for 6 people and everyone had their own bed. The only complaint is the view doesn't exactly look towards the mountain. Easy and convenient to get to. Awesome location!

I enjoy Iowa Football and all things cars. I used to ski and boat a lot before health issues. My wife and I have 3 children; my youngest daughter enjoys skiing. We also have a dog. Steamboat is my second home; I've been coming out here for 44 years.

Why they chose this property

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Just steps to the gondola with a heated underground parking garage and elevator access to the upper level. Within walking distance of mountain activites, shops, and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

You have all the summer activities (mountain biking, tubing, kayaking, hiking, alpine slide, mountain coaster, etc.) and winter sports (skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, mountain coaster, etc.) you can think of here. There is a lovely downtown area with many restaurants and shops. There are three grocery stores in town and a small grocery store nearby on the mountain. Strawberry Park and the Old Town Hot Springs pool are open year-round. Strawberry Park is a natural hot springs pool area.
