This condo is all about the views!
Our Yampa View condo is located above the valley floor with a spectacular view of the valley and the snow-capped Flattop Mountain range to the south. The deck has table and chairs so you can dine outside, (in warm weather) while enjoying the panoramic view of valley and mountains.
The same beautiful views from the deck can be enjoyed while while at the dining room table and in the kitchen as well. The gas fireplace creates a cheery atmosphere as well as heating much of the condo. A solid oak table can seat up to 10 people.

Although Steamboat is noted for its downhill powder skiing in the winter, it also has excellent marked cross country and snowshoe trails on Rabbit Ears Pass and other areas. In the spring and summer, the winter snow becomes water for kayaking, boating, inner tubing and fishing.
Mount Werner is a haven for mountain biking in the summer. A book in the Condo lists the various bike trails in the surrounding terrain.
You can also take the gondola to Ragnars, a restaurant located mid-mountain with a spectacular view of the Yampa Valley.
For those into rodeo, they can see top riding and roping during the summer. For music lovers, Strings in the Mountains has numerous concerts all summer and several in the winter in addition to various summer concerts featuring all types of music.
During the ski season there is free shuttle service to the ski area. About 200 yards from the condo is a free year around city bus service which covers surrounding condo areas and downtown to grocery stores, Safeway and City Market, and general shopping including a Wal-Mart. There is also a Natural Grociers located in town, a few minutes drive from the condo.

The Condominium features:
Corner unit (980 sq.ft.)with aspen shade in summer. One queen bed, two single beds and sofa makes into bed. Complete kitchen with all appliances and cooking and eating utensils.

Complex features: Hot tubs, sauna, exercise room, washers and dryers.
