This single home is completely furnished and situated in the Villages of Clearwater, a private community with many amenities. There is swimming, tennis and two 'catch and release' fishing ponds.
Our home is on a very quiet street and includes offstreet parking for four vehicles. We also have an outside shower and a large deck overlooking a pond. One half of the furnished deck is covered and screened (see pictures); the other half is open. The location is less than two miles from downtown Bethany Beach, midway between the Dewey/Rehoboth Beach area in Delaware and Ocean City, Maryland.
This Non-Smoking home is available weekly or in multiples. The master bedroom has a queen bed plus a twin. Two bedrooms have queen beds and the loft has two twin beds. Smoking or Animals are not permitted!!
Bethany has beautiful beaches plus a wealth of restaurants and shops. There are sport fishing boats at Indian River Inlet (5 miles) in Delaware and Ocean City, Maryland. Just a few miles North on Route 1 are the 140 tax-free outlet stores at Rehoboth Beach. Restaurants, nightlife, and amusement parks for children are abundant.
Two Delaware State ocean beach parks are close by and the Assawoman Wildlife Refuge is just across the road. There you can fish, crab and hike. There are numerous watercraft rentals available on nearby inland bays.

We really enjoyed our stay in Bethany Beach ! The house perfect perfect for our family. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved the quiet community. The children rode their bikes on the quiet roads. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch. The outside shower was used everyday. We would definitely rent here again.

The home is as described. it was great for our daughter and her family to have the entire upstairs to themselves. The kids loved having a tv that they could watch...and we loved the downstairs...the kitchen has everything you need, the screened-in porch was a favorite for all.. and where we spent a lot of our time..the community pool was fun for the kids and family to cool off when the temperature was over 90 degrees.
This was probably the cleanest and most put together home we have ever rented..and Jim, the owner, the most patient owner I have ever encountered.
My husband and I are hoping that we can go back to stay again....if you are not into being absolutely on the ocean but having a place where you feel at home, with no qualms, and a place for your kids to have their pool experience after the beach each day, this is IT!
There were nine of us, We rented the linens...why bother? and everything worked....hopefully we will have the chance to go back! Thanks again Jim! Bernie
We enjoyed staying at the beach house. The beach house is lovely. The beach house has everything what we need. It's perfect beach house. We will definitely be coming back next summer 2012. :-)

My family absolutely loves staying at your house. This was our 2nd year in a row renting. The house is so beautiful and has all the comforts of home. The pond is my favorite part. Sitting on the back deck listening to the water after a busy day at the beach. Would definitely stay here again and would also recommend to friends. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

The following info is also applicable to anyone who rents our home. • Tenant leasing this property must be at least 25 years of age • No smoking is permitted inside the leased premises or in the pool or tennis areas. • No animals are allowed on or inside the leased premises. • The maximum number of occupants, including children, is limited to nine. • Tenant agrees not to allow leased property to be occupied by minors unless an adult (21 or older) is present. • Tenant agrees to return premises to the owner in clean and good condition. Tenant agrees to pay for any damages to the property, furnishings and equipment, excluding normal wear, caused by the tenant or his/her guests. • If the tenant cancels the lease, deposit monies will be returned to the tenant only if the property is re-rented at no expense to the owner. • Tenant shall not sublet the premises. • Tenant agrees to obey the rules and regulations of the Villages of Clearwater Condominium Association. • Keys will be given to the tenant when the last payment is received. Tenant agrees to return the keys within one week of the lease’s completion. • Phone number is 302-537-7519. Tenant must use a calling card for toll calls; local calls do not require a calling card. • Appliances, air conditioning and amenities are not guaranteed and no refunds will be given if they break down. Owner agrees to make repairs as soon as possible. • Tenant shall furnish linens, towels and soaps. Queen and twin sheet sets, bath and kitchen towel sets and beach towels, including delivery and pickup, are available for a nominal additional charge. Please inquire if interested. • Violation of any part of the above provisions may result in immediate eviction at the sole discretion of the owner. • A community tennis court, two ‘catch & release’ fishing ponds and a swimming pool (Memorial Day weekend thru Labor Day weekend) are available.
