About this property

Alaska Summers Lodge Loft-Near Mouth of Kasilof River

There is no way to beat this place and here's why. Four bedrooms, eight beds, two full bathrooms, and one large open concept living space to enjoy after a day's adventure here on Alaska's Kenai Peninsula. You get all of this in a parklike setting and all within one mile of the Kasilof River and the greatest ocean beach on the Peninsula. Top it off with an outside hot tub and a huge firepit. This place is unbeatable if you want to be near the water and all that the Peninsula has to offer.

We offer 6 perfect 1 bedroom cabins that are arranged along a crescent shaped path around the edge of an Alaskan forest. Cabins 1 through 4 each have a queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen size hide-a-bed in the living room. Cabins 5 and 6 have multiple beds in the bedroom. Each cabin contains a kitchen and living room. Each cabin has a covered porch and freezer for storing your fishing catch. Rent 1 or all 6 cabins. We also have a 2 bedroom apartment with easy access to all the Kenai has to offer. In addition to being super close to the mouth of the Kasilof River, it is easy driving to everything on the Kenai (2 hours 25 minutes to Seward, 2 hours 20 minutes to Hope, 1 hour 20 minutes to Cooper Landing, 1 hour 20 minutes to Homer, 30 minutes to Soldotna, 35 to 40 minutes to Kenai) for all the river fishing, inlet fishing, wildlife viewing, hiking, river rafting, sightseeing, bird watching and clamming you can do.
