Our spacious villa offers large livingroom with a luxury open kitchen and cooking island. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric hotplate, American refrigerator with freezer compartment and ice cube machine, combination microwave, kettle and Nespresso machine.

From the livingroom you are able to fully open the six meter doors and create direct acces to the porch and poolarea.
We have the villa so designed that whether you're cooking in the kitchen or having a long evening dinner, you'll always enjoy the breathtaking view the villa offers.

The villa has 4 cosy and stylish decorated bedrooms, which are all equipped with air conditioning, blackout curtains and enough closet space, to make you feel like home and offer you a good night sleep.
The villa has 3 bathrooms, which all have rain shower, toilet and washbasin. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests for the perfect holiday.

Bedding & towels:
We want to ensure that your stay in our villa is as comfortable and stress-free as possible. Therefore, we provide bedding, bathroom towels, and kitchen towels to all of our guests.

For those who want some extra entertainment. We offer you the cinema room. Relax in one of our two cinema lounge sofas with drink cooling and a relax function and while you can stream your own content on the 65 inch tv Or enjoy a movie, serie, documentary or live sports event. We can offer you plenty of content with more than 10,000 channels and 100.000 movies and series.
on request we can also lock this door ofcourse :-)

The villa's outdoor:
The oudoor area spans a massive 1000m² and includes a private pool, spacious porch with a loungeset and seating areas and a ceramic BBQ.
The villa is fully enclosed by a sturdy wall and a gate, ensuring complete seclusion and peace of mind during your stay. You can safely park your car inside the gated property.

Houserules:
Although we really don’t like to have rules and it is our goal to make your stay and holiday as happy, comfortable and unforgettable as possible. It came to our practical learning curve, that we need to have some rules and an overview of what to expect. Just to keep ourselves in a good and healthy relation with our neighbors, guests and prevent any damage to the property. But also to make your stay as pleasant as possible

To ensure that everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable stay, please take a moment to review our house rules:
• No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, the pool and on the property. Please go outside if you need to smoke and dispose of your cigarette butts properly.
• No parties or events: Please respect our neighbors and refrain from hosting parties or events without our explicit approval. Quiet hours are between 09:00 pm and 8:00 am.
• No additional guests: Only the number of guests indicated in your reservation are allowed to stay and enter the property. If you wish to bring additional guests.
• No pets: We have a strict no pet policy. Please do not bring any pets onto the property, as it may cause damage or discomfort to other guests.
• No illegal activities: Any illegal activities, including drug use, are strictly prohibited on our property.
• Keep noise levels low: Please be mindful of other guests and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.
• No drinking glasses in or near the pool area, as we want to prevent breaking and people get hurt. We have plastic cups ready to use.
• Keep the house clean: Please leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived. Dispose of your garbage properly and clean up after yourself.
• Check-in and check-out: Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. Please respect these times as we need sufficient time to prepare the house for the next guests. If you wish to Check-out later,
• Damage and loss: Any damage or loss to the property or its contents will be the responsibility of the guest. Please report any damage or loss immediately to us.
• Be respectful: Please be respectful of our home and our neighbors. Treat the property as if it were your own and follow all house rules.
• Furniture and properties: Please don’t shuffle with our furniture and properties. Especially to bring inside future and properties outside or the other way around, unless we approved your request.
• Never leave the property without closing & lock all doors, windows and gate. We care about your and our belongings.

When coming to Curacao, we know that after your long journey, you don’t want to go straight into shopping. Therefore we supply our guests with first basic amenities to get you started.
Salt, pepper, baking oil, toiletpaper and trashcan bag in each trashcan are there ready for you at arrival. Any additional are for our guest to take care of.

As we would like to make your stay as pleasant as possible we supply and prevent any costs at check-out, we include a electricity consumption of 30 kWh per night in the bookingprice. This should be more than enough, based on the use of airconditioners during sleeping and regular household.
We know Curacao can be overwhelming as you are maybe used to other tempertures.
We would like to ask you to use water and electricity economically and not to let the air conditioners run for whole days. When leaving a room, please turn off the airconditioner. We do not allow to have airconditioners being used in unattended rooms, which are not in use, especially when you leave the property, turn off all airconditioners. Additional consumption is charged at USD 0.50/kWh (subject to change based on electricity rates). We request our guest to take and share the meter reading during check-in and check-out to calculate any additional charges.

For the safety and security of all guests, it is strictly prohibited to tamper with or remove any security equipment installed in the property. This includes but is not limited to cameras, alarms, and locks. We respect your privacy! If you need assistance or have any concerns regarding our security equipment, please notify us immediately. Any violation of this rule may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.

We require a deposit of $500 per week prior to arrival or when the reservation is within a week, cash on arrival. We will refund deposits at check-out, assuming that the guest leaves the property in the same condition as when they arrived.

We offer a standard night rate for the villa, which is based on 1 - 6 persons and includes: three bedrooms and bathrooms. If you wish to add a fourth bedroom, we can offer that for 50 dollar per night.

In addition, we can provide extra cleaning during your stay for an additional $100 or a towel and bedlinnen change for $50. There is a washing machine to you availability, so you always can to this yourself if you want. Please note that this is mandatory for stays longer than 14 days.

If you have any other requirements, special requests, or would like to book any additional services, please don't hesitate to send us a message. We are always happy to help make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible.

The pool will be cleaned and maintained by our friendly poolguy Anthony every Saturday between 10:00-11:00.

We live in a residential community with neighbors who may have work the next day. As your host we are allowed to enter the property without the guests approval in order to do maintenance to the garden, property and in case of suspicious situation regarding guests and property. We always respect our guest their privacy and so we will inform you in advance when needed.

While we want you to enjoy your vacation, we also want our neighbors to have a good night's sleep. You're welcome to stay outside until the morning, but please refrain from making loud noises or singing. If you plan to do so, kindly move inside.

Likewise, please avoid damaging anything in and on the property. If you're planning to throw eggs, dispose cigarette butts or glass in the garden, anything that can cause damage or is disrespectful, please do so outside the property or elsewhere. We've had some unfortunate experiences in the past, and we'd appreciate your cooperation in keeping our property in good condition, but also for our next guest it should be perfect.
When exceeding one of the stated houserules (without the approval of the owner), the rental company will be informed and the renter is at risk to be removed from the property immediately. There will be no refund, the deposit will be charged for the incurred costs and possibly extra costs will be charged for the damage and violation of the rules.

And now back to the fun part.
