Cozy fenced in cottage near buzzing restaurants and famous springs. Memory foam beds and newly remodeled kitchen. Wonderful cafe, coffee shops, brewery, and famous springs minutes away. Enjoy a late evening fire pit and grill out with family and friends. This house is perfect for a cozy getaway. 🌿 Local Recommendations

Here are a few of my favorite spots to visit (and eat!) while you’re here in beautiful High Springs:

🏞️ Springs & Outdoor Adventures

1. Gilchrist Blue Springs
One of the clearest and most scenic springs in the area. I highly recommend renting a paddleboard and spending the day exploring the spring run and river — it’s peaceful, beautiful, and a true Florida gem.

2. Ichetucknee Springs
About a 25-minute drive, but absolutely worth it. Float down the crystal-clear Ichetucknee River on a tube — it’s relaxing, fun, and one of the best ways to experience Florida’s natural beauty.

3. Poe Springs
A quieter spot that’s great for swimming, picnics, and a slower pace. Perfect for families or a peaceful afternoon in the water.

4. Ginnie Springs
Famous for its vibrant blue water and underwater caves. Great for swimming, snorkeling, or just lounging by the spring. It can get busy, but it’s definitely worth seeing at least once.

Nice, cozy place just as described inside. Loved having the king size bed in the master and a kitchen for cooking. Peaceful location close to where we needed to be. Enjoyed bird-watching all the cardinals gathered in the yard. Jessica was very accommodating and had excellent communication.

Lovely place near Ginnie Springs

The lot is nice and quiet. However, it is not fully fenced. Several parts of the fence were broken and not safe to let dogs off the leash there.House was spacious, but could use a few more cozy touches.We loved the accessibility to downtown and the springs. We would definitely book there again, as the place was very peaceful .

Nostalgic springs trip

Had not shared the Florida springs experience with my wife and our friends from out of state. The accommodations were perfectly located just outside High Springs which has turned into a lovely little downtown with great restaurants and things to do. Only 20 minutes to numerous springs. Great communication with the host. Will definitely stay here again next time!

Clean, beautifully renovated house. Fully fenced in which was great for the dogs. Really comfortable massive king beds. Hot shower and great soak in the tub too. Highly recommend!

Cozy quiet cottage

Beautiful, peaceful, clean. We slept so much on this trip because the house was so quiet and homey! Beds were comfortable. Kitchen adequately equipped. Clear instructions, annd attentive host. Wonderful rental!

We hiked local trails and kayaked the Santa Fe and Ichtucknee rivers, visited the brewery and ice cream shop. Wonderful dinner at the Outdoor Restaurant. Would definitely recommend this rental.

Spacious cottage

2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, tricky to find at firsr, but host is very responsive and gave clear directions. Location is close to springs and downtown--everthing you need to relax and enjoy the beautiful area. Only drawback was lack of grass in the yard, which can hopefully be fixed!

Unfortunately I feel it should of been cleaner There were bugs at the back door exterior garbage was full alot of leaves at the back door entrance Grass could of been cut or at least weed whacked around the back entrance there were bugs on the window sills Floor in master bedroom needs to be fixed Refrigerator had stains from previous tenants Reached out o you about the recliner & exterior garbage can u did not address these items
