Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood in NW Cape Coral. Minutes away from shopping, dining, bars as well as nearby attractions of Matlache and Pine Island for boating and fishing. Only thirty minutes to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel and even less to downtown Fort Myers and the I-75 corridor.
