Very competitively priced for a home of this quality, this well appointed townhome offers fantastic value for money providing, as it does, tremendous resort style amenities, in a secure gated community, with a great location just 2 miles away from Walt Disney World.

Disney Orlando Oasis is 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom property in Windsor Hills Resort, and is located directly across the street from the resorts wonderful amenities. With 1440 sq ft of living area to enjoy it provides plenty of room to relax, with the added bonus of a private splashpool too, while the resort amenities provide a host of options for those who are more energetic!

Disney Orlando Oasis also provides an enjoyable view of a conservation area too which can be enjoyed from your private terrace, and as you would expect, this lovely home also comes extremely well equipped.

It sleeps 6-8 people comfortably, though we do prefer to restrict occupancy to 6 to preserve the condition of the home. The bedrooms consist of one king size master which has full en-suite facilities, and a twin room which also enjoys a private bathroom, and both these rooms are on the second floor. The twin is themed for children with none other than Mickey Mouse himself waiting to greet you.

A great feature of these townhomes though is that they all have another bedroom on the first floor, with another full bathroom located right next to it. In this home that third bedroom is a Queen room, and it has been met with almost universal acclaim, especially by those families where one or more members have trouble negotiating stairs. This room, like the others upstairs, has a flat screen TV. We should add that all towels and linens are provided for your stay too, another great feature offered in your home from home.

Disney Orlando Oasis also boasts a compact kitchen, spacious living room and dining area, and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The main living area features a 50" flat screen television, perfect for watching a family movie, and with an upgraded cable package too, there are plenty of those available.

*Please note that the home also has high speed wireless Internet access, which is offered complimentary to all our guests. High speed wireless Internet access is also complimentary when you relax by the pool and waterslides.

After enjoying a memorable day at the theme parks everyone will surely appreciate the well stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator and freezer, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal on offer as well as all the hand held appliances you would expect. With all kitchen utensils and crockery provided too, and a dining area with seating for , everything is there for you to both prepare, and enjoy, a home cooked family meal.

A patio door from the living area leads onto a private terrace furnished with a table and chairs, and boasting a very private splashpool. It is a great place for children to splash around and have fun in relative safety, and with all this facing South you can enjoy the sunshine in the early afternoon and well into the evening, giving you plenty of chance to just relax.

*Please note that as with most vacation homes there is an extra charge to heat the pool. Ordering in advance means it will be turned on for your arrival and get your vacation off to a great start.

Windsor Hills Resort

Windsor Hills is a beautiful, family-friendly, gated resort community in Kissimmee, Florida (south of Orlando). Situated only two miles from Walt Disney World® Resort, it’s located within easy reach of most of Orlando's top attractions. The Windsor Hills villas each have private, screened-in pools in addition to the fabulous community pool and kids’ water park. This secure, 24/7 guarded community has everything and more for your family vacation.

Some of Windsor Hills’ notable features include a luxurious zero-entry pool, water park with fountains and water slides, a hot tub/spa, and a toddler splash pad. There are plenty of recreational areas, including tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts for everyone. There’s even a putting green! There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby.

Universal Orlando Resort is about 21 minutes away, and Sea World about 19 minutes, traffic permitting. Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral is just over an hour away. In the other direction, Clearwater Beach is about an hour and a half drive.

There are several golf courses within easy reach, including Mystic Dunes, a 72-par public course designed by Champions Tour Player and NBC Golf Analyst Gary Koch. It’s literally a five minute walk away. Legends course at Orange Lake (5 minute drive) and the beautiful course at Celebration (15 minute drive) are also nearby.

* We take a 25% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If you are planning to stay within the next 30 days then full payment will be due at the time of booking to secure the home.

* Guests are not required to check in at our office in Celebration. You will be going straight to the property on arrival, and using a unique access code to gain entry. Your arrival pack, sent 3-5 days prior to arrival will have all this information, as well as the address, directions, and internet password for the property.

* Like all vacation homes our homes are classed as self catering accommodation. We do provide starter supplies of soap, toilet tissue, shampoo, detergent and dishwasher tablets, but guests are expected to replenish them during their stay.
