Also offers a modern interior design with cool furnishing.
There is a large and beautiful patio, surrounded by different plants and palm trees, that everyone loves! In there you can find the grill to enjoy barbecue nights plus a amazing swimming pool with Spa to relax on sunny days!!

Minimum Age: Party Leader must be 21 years old or over to have a booking confirmed.

AFTER BOOKING:

Our registration process is 100% online, for your convenience. Upon booking your reservation, our Reservation Team will forward a copy of a Registration Agreement for your review and signature. Once we are in receipt of your signed Registration along with a copy of your photo ID and Credit Card, your booking will be confirmed and check-in instructions will be e-mailed to you 24hr prior to check with complete access to your vacation rental so that you can head directly to the property. Failure to provide the required documentation will result in cancellation of your booking.

Receipt of check-in instructions will be required in order for you to access your property, so in the event you have not received them, please be certain to contact us to advise.

Optional Extras:
Pool and/or spa Heating is offered upon availability for $ 50 per day plus tax, with a 3-days minimum. Please be certain to advise us if you require pool heat upon booking your reservation or at least 72 hours prior to check-in.

Propane for use with the BBQ grill is not provided, but refillable propane tanks are available upon request.

Our customer service team is available every day from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM to assist you with any inquiries or concerns you may have. Whether you need assistance with your accommodations or have questions about local attractions, we're here to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

In the unlikely event of an emergency after-hours, such as a health issue, fire, gas hazard, or any significant leaking or flooding, we urge you to prioritize your safety first. Great home

Home was beautiful clean nice stay just wish the kids could’ve went to the water park but it was for the other resort but other then that had a awesome stay

Family Vacation 2023

This property is amazing. A great home away from home. Love the space and how spread out it is the rooms are amazing and fit our 3 adults and 10 children (ages 4, 10-14). So many activities in the area. The pool is amazing. It was an amazing week for our family. We love this area. Would book again. Great communication with managers and seamless check in and check out.

The Pool was Great!!

While we enjoyed this home's pool, I have never stayed in a place with so few necessities. There was half a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom of 5 adults for four days. It was not enough! There were two dishwasher pods for a 4-day stay. No kitchen towels, no hot pads, no extras whatsoever. We were grateful for salt and pepper. It's a ehhhh type of place.

As advertised

The house is exactly as advertised. It was very spacious with more than enough space for my group of 11. Make sure to bring your own towels as there is not enough bath/pool towels. The house was clean, but some of the furniture is showing wear. One of the dining chairs was missing. The wicker on the table outside is starting to come apart. Some of the kids' beds could use some reinforcing. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Booking is nothing shy of a PITA

The property was great, the booking took FOREVER and wasn't worth it. They only have one roll of TP in each bathroom and nothing more. This is stated so it's not a surprise, but it's annoying. The response times were quite quick as well when needed but man oh man the booking process was horrible. Good luck.

Tons of space

There was tons of space for our family, the kitchen was perfect for our family to socialize, cook and have a fun time. We just wish it had hand towels and dish towels for the dishes and to clean the counters. We unfortunately had to dirty a white towel from the bathrooms. The 2 living rooms were perfect for all the kids to have fun in their own areas. We did enjoy the pool all weekend. The down side was the pool was extremely hot for us to enjoy, so if you stay ask to warm the hot tub and not the pool. The kids still loved the pool and the outdoor tv. Would definitely stay here again! 😁

Total relaxation

Good location, good house, good service. Just a few FYI’s : description says towels - there is no wash cloths or kitchen towels, the out door lounge chairs need cushions ( a bit uncomfortable) but the water loungers were amazing. Upstairs was a bit warm throughout the day. Oh and there is a bird living in one of the trees out front that kept attacking my car window/mirror. Also if you have a full size long bed truck the driveway is small, it’s a tight fit, make sure it’s completely out of the sidewalk, the security likes to wait till 3am to tag you! Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Lovely house but could do with a deep clean. Wifi not working when we arrived on Saturday gentleman came to fix it on Monday not working again a few hours later. He came the next day & fixed it not ideal as we were visiting from Ireland & roaming very expensive to use the internet. We contacted service company on Sunday as dishwasher not working very inconvenient with a big group. Service Company response "Our maintenance team is currently addressing the issue with the dishwasher" but none came to look at it in the 10 days we were there. Unfortunely there was no pool towels provided, in other rentals pool towels have been provided. House was lovely loads of space but little things could add to the experience.

Great all around!

I want to start off by saying, I was very very tempted to give this house a 5 star rating because it is by far the best one we have ever stayed in while visiting Orlando. We go multiple times a year and will absolutely be staying here again. The house was extremely clean, the appliances were great and the pool was immaculate! There was a tv (decent sizes too) in every bedroom with actual cable which you do not find very often at all. The mattresses were extremely comfortable to everyone in our party. They were more on the soft side for anyone that likes to know these things. The property managers are great and very responsive! The only reasons for not giving 5 stars are: The sheets on the bed were too big maybe or either really worn out to where they would slip off the corners almost every time you moved. The air conditioning upstairs kept switching back to 73 no matter what you put it on. The downstairs one worked fine though. Lastly, the stairs were extremely loud so if you have kids that are light sleepers, they will wake up. Regardless, these things were not enough to make us enjoy our trip any less. We will be back!

Dirty home and very poor management

Check in process was fine but when we arrived to the property we noticed how dirty the house was. The stovetop looked like it had gouges in it, the floors were sticky in spots, the couch upstairs smelled and the carpets were stained and dirty. The stainless appliances and tables look like they were quickly wiped and not cleaned properly. We called to talk to management company (ACO) and they said it was "normal wear and tear" for a vacation rental. We just wanted to be moved to a new rental and they refused. Since it was so late we did have to stay one night and asked for a partial refund after checking out and booking another rental in the same community. The management company did not call to try and fix the situation or offer a solution and said that this wear and tear is what is normal in a vacation rental. We ended up booking another house in the same neighborhood that was FAR superior in cleanliness. Disappointed that they did not want to try and make it right or be willing to offer a partial refund for time unused. I feel bad for the owners who probably have no idea how poorly their vacation rental is being run. Would recommend the neighborhood just not this particular home.

Property condition poor and not as listed

Dear Vrbo, Unfortunately our experience of the property was utter dissatisfaction, the property was unclean, beyond wear and tear damaged and unsafe. Below is my final email to the host. 'Sadly, due to a somewhat inadequate response from yourselves and having given you what I believe sufficient indication of the issues at the property you are not adequately responding or have corrected the issues highlighted. I genuinely feel that we have been mislead with the 'modern interior' and 'high end' descriptions in the property listing and photographs in which evidently poorer in real life. Please see attached photographs from your listing in comparison to what we were subject to upon arrival. I immediately raised this stark contrast with you within the first two hours of check in on Saturday 1st June. The property is not as you have described in your advert, such as stained and unacceptable pool condition, low level and scum on the surface and pool walls, unsafe pool furniture with hosepipe strewn across the lawn and patio, badly worn kitchen furniture beyond what I would deem as wear and tear when deemed 'high end', and also the poor cleanliness of the property. I am therefore terminating my stay as of today 3rd June due to the property not being as described in your listing and ask that you take payment for the two nights that I have stayed at the property and provide a refund for the unspent remaining five nights 3rd to 8th June. Finally, we have vacated the property'

Excellent Location & Spacious!

Close to all the parks. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. Beautiful home for our 7 day stay. HUGE Island in the kitchen for all of us to gather and get food prepped. Dining table set for 8 was perfect! Highly Recommended ☆☆☆☆☆

Great house, great location but disappointing overall

First let me say that the house was amazing. Great location, clean and beautiful. But this trip was ruined for my family because of lack of desire by the company to fix the little things. It's Spring Break, we are looking for warm weather and to be in the pool all week. Day one: No heat in the pool. I send a message. They say it takes time. Day Two: no heat. Someone comes out and says the Heater is not working. I send a message asking if someone can come fix it. Never heard from them again about the heat. It was freezing and we NEVER were able to get in the pool the entire week we were there. Now that was a very tough situation but I want to mention just a few more items. My family has been renting in this area for over 10 years. I have never rented a home that didn't provide little things like Kitchen towels or wash clothes for bathrooms. We were using bath towels to dry dishes. We had to go buy wash clothes and dish towels ourselves. Their response... "we told you what we provided" Again, no one ever mentions dish towels because you just expect there to be some. This house sleeps 14 people. There is ONE spatula in the entire kitchen. The blinds were broken and we could not close them up at night. Where there should be 20 blinds hanging there are about 4. I took a picture if anyone wants to see it. Lastly, there is a great picture of 4 great pool layout chairs with cushions. Well there were NO cushions on those chairs which made them almost impossible to lay on. We had to take the chair cushions from the outside table and lay them out just to be able to use the layout chairs. Please note, I have NEVER written a bad review for any house I have ever stayed at before and again, we loved the house it's self. Everything else was a disappointment.

Good Potential but terrible hospitality

The house is spacious And has great spaces that are comfortable for hosting a group of around 10 people. There is a closet full of games. The backyard is private and the pool is nice. However, everything needs upgrading or fixing. The pool heat was broken for about 90 percent of our stay, so the pool was mostly unusable. The linen was old and pimply, and there was only one towel Per person. . That includes pool, bath and kitchen. There was not one extra pillow case, Sheet or blanket in the house. We called ACo for extra towels and sheet replacement but they refused the request. We went out and bought extra towels which we left at the house, but then we got an email from ACo charging us for a replacement towel that we stained!!! Most of the lounge chairs by the pool were broken. Most of the TVs in the house did not turn on and there was no TV service. Overall, it could have been lovely but ended up being frustrating. We were disappointed and will not be staying on this property again.

I understand the situation of the pool heat for unfortunally it happens and the broken piece didn't arrive by the time for you to enjoy. The towels and sheets are provided by the number of bed and guests in the house. We offer the laundry room so it can be washed during your stay. The towels were left with stains that could not be removed and extra ones were bought for that reason. Once again I apologize for your recent stay and we hope we can show you a better stay next time.
