About this property

Brand new beachfront 5 bedroom/5 bath home in Galveston's premier family friendly neighborhood of Beachside Village. Enjoy 180 degree ocean views from the second or third stories of inside this climate controlled oasis. Soak in the sun with very close beach walkover access.

Beachfront new construction home comes with four king bedrooms equipped with en suite bathrooms in addition to a four-bedded bunk room for the kids. There is an expansive patio with private backyard, outdoor shower, kitchenette for grilling, downstairs lounging area with swings and loungers, and a side fire pit for evening s'mores or socializing.

The second (main) floor has a gourmet kitchen, separate bar area and laundry room. There is 180 degrees (3 walls) of windows for beach views in the main living area. One king bedroom is located on this floor near the front of the home with deck access.

The third floor features a master bedroom with private beach view deck, ensuite bath with soaking tub and generous master closet. Two additional king bedrooms are located at the front of the home with private deck access and attached full bathrooms. The bunk room is accessible just off the stairs and has one full and three twin beds.

The ground level also has a storage area with some beach equipment and a wagon. There are some chairs, kids boogie boards, and standard buckets and shovels for sand castles.

There is also an EV charger. It is a nema 14-50 plug. We provide a Tesla nema 14-50 adapter but you will need your own charging cable. We do not provide any non-tesla adapters.

Please note that Beachside Village is a growing community and there is the possibility of construction noise Monday through Friday from 7am to 6pm

Fantastic Beach House

This house was exactly as it’s listed! Clean, spacious, well furnished, and right on the beach! The house is well taken care of and in a great neighborhood! Would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed the beautiful view and home

Communication was my fault...Had problem with my phone and getting in touch with Holly. Brandon did respond sending Travis to help with door and elevator. One woman did fall coming down the stairs.

impeccable Home on the Beach

We were very impressed with our stay from the very beginning to the last second. This might be the cleanest home we’ve ever stayed in and we have high standards for cleanliness. The host was very communicative. They told us way in advance of the building happening next door so we were aware of the loud noises that started early in the morning. They also informed us of a broken decorative light in the kitchen that the renters right before us broke that they didn’t have time to correct before our check in. We had smoke detectors begin beeping in the middle of the night that were too high to reach. They responded to our message promptly letting us know they’d send someone out in the morning. All of this were understandable things that come up and didn’t affect our stay too much. The maintenance men who came were kind and professional. We also let them know of a leaking window above a bed (likely a building error that went unnoticed until a heavy thunderstorm with high winds came in while we were there). I have no doubt they’ll take care of it soon based on their prior response time. We cannot wait to return. This will be our new go to in Galveston!

Stunning Beachfront Home

This was such an incredible home and suited our large group perfectly. The kitchen had gourmet appliances and many smaller appliances to help with meal prep. Having patios and porches on all of the bedroom and living areas and the weather was perfect to enjoy them. Although we had no babies or toddlers needing equipment that was available as well.
