This gorgeous 2 Bed 2 Bath condo offers 169m2/1825sq ft. of living space with two floors plus a private rooftop terrace. The property is located on the top of the hill in Ocotal, the ocean views are unbeatable!
Granite countertops, hardwood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, impeccable furnishings, AC, and ceiling fans throughout.
The master bedroom features a large covered terrace all the way to the secondary bedroom. As well there is a large balcony on the main floor living/dining/kitchen area.
Enjoy from your condo the most stunning sunsets, or from the beautiful infinity edge pool. There is also a fully equipped ocean-view fitness facility located just below the condo.
The condo is 16 miles from Liberia Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport, and1.1 miles from Ocotal Beach by car
