When you look for the perfect beach vacation spot for your family, this is the place. Setup for 6 guests, this remodeled two-bedroom condo gives you everything you're looking for. It comes with a courtyard view balcony that gives you a second living area where you can enjoy the breeze, simply the best place to be when the sun goes down and you have a cool drink in your hand! Top floor corner unit with more than comfortable living room with new queen sleep sofa and large flat screen TV. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and “Starter Kit” provided. Dining area for six. Master Bedroom with queen size bed with en-suite half bathroom and TV. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a single on top, double on bottom and a single trundle, also with TV. There is a full-size bathroom off the hall and a super laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Free Wi-Fi, Beach Chairs, Plenty of Bath and Beach Towels. Air-conditioned accommodation with two balconies and a kitchen with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and both kinds of coffee makers. Available for quick getaways or an extended winter break. Super amenities as heated pool and hottub are in place. Please note, parking is very limited at this resort. Only one car is permitted in our assigned spot for this condo. Look at Clayton's fireworks from your own balcony! Create exciting memories, have more fun, and truly experience your destination! PLEASE READ ALL OUR REQUIREMENTS IN OUR HOUSE RULES.

IMPORTANT: Upon booking our property, you will receive a request to complete and sign our rental agreement. The principal booker must provide specific information required by our Safely insurance. Please note that a light background check will be conducted by Safely on behalf of our beach real estate investment.

You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we do not work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be look after the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a persons life, please call 911.

You may receive an email from them regarding a credit from Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals for the rental of your preferred beach equipment. Visit their website to select from a wide range of high-quality beach gear to make the most of your beach getaway.

The owners of Surfside #312 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.

1. Parking ~ is limited to 1 vehicle. Parking pass needed. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense.

2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 6 guests in the house. There must be at least one adult 21 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.

3. Pets ~ We accept small dogs with a $100/per dog non-refundable cleaning fee. Access to property will not be permitted until payment is collected. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.

4. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.

5. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed in the dumpster oof the building. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.

6. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended.

7. BBQ ~ BBQ pit is not included.

8. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.

Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 4-6 coffee pods and and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.

Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.

Do not hang towels from the balcony or windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule.

Subletting not allowed.

Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.

The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.

Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.


Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.

Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we DO NOT work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be look after the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a persons life, please call 911.

Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.

Cancellations for nightly reservations will receive a 96% refund if they are made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Please note that a service fee of $25 will also be charged for all cancellations, regardless of the timing. There will be no refund if the cancellation comes is made. This policy does not extend to bookings that are eligible for monthly discounts.

The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 8 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.

SPI Beach Vacation

We came to the island the week after 4th of July. The communication with the property manager was impeccable. I would stay at another one of their properties, but likely won’t stay at this property again unless it is renovated. The bathrooms are in need of updating and the condo smelled like they had tried to cover up cigarette smoke. I want to stress that the management was amazing and I really appreciate how quickly they addressed several issues we experienced at the condo.

A Great Place to Stay

We had the the best time at Surf Side I. Our condo was clean along with all the amenities for cooking/baking. Comfy furniture and roomy for visitors. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of closet space. Plenty of pillows/sheets too, in both bedrooms & living room. Washer/Dryer. The management provides a few amenities to get you started. Coffee pot/Keurig/spices provided. Walking distance/Beach access to the Golf of America. We had 3 balcony's N,S & E. So much more. We are returning next year. Oh YES!! HEATED, YES HEATED POOL! Parking too!!

We're not in Kansas anymore!

We wanted to be away from winter in Kansas for a couple of weeks. This was perfect for us. Short walk and easy access to the beach. Well equipped kitchen if you want to cook. The balconies were great for relaxing and reading.

Nice property

We enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately there were lots of problems with spectrum cable. We had different repairmen in to fix the system and since it was Super Bowl weekend my husband was concerned. Of course that’s not the properties manager or owners fault. It seems to me Spectrum has a monopoly on the island. The people that were staying in the other apartments were nice and quiet, primarily an older crowd from Wisconsin. The beach is a quick walk and very pleasant.
