And if you arrive early, you will have full access to the pool, restaurant/bar and the ocean! All of your interactions will be direct to the owners to make your stay as enjoyable as possible!!

This condo was absolutely gorgeous. Everything was new and fresh. Todd was wonderful and was so easy to communicate with. The pictures I took of the sunrises and sunsets from the balcony were stunning.

Great Place To Stay with a Great View

Came down to PCB for the first time in May and it was wonderful. Only on Mother's Day did it rain and after that it was perfect weather. The crowds were much lighter as well in May. The condo was perfect for four of us. Most importantly it was clean! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a couple dinners in for the week. The only thing we could have used was some dish rags for cleaning. We didn't see any but maybe we missed them somewhere in the condo. The owner Todd, was very responsive before our stay with questions and communicated everything to us. He even checked in on us during the week to see if we needed anything. I'd rent this condo and from Todd again.

Well stocked and nice host.

The room had everything you could possibly need for your trip. Lots of pots and pans, seasonings, beach chairs and a wagon, and even soap for dishes and laundry. The host was very nice and responded to questions quickly. The room was spacious and the condo was nice. My kids didn’t like that they couldn’t have floats in the pool but they did enjoy the pool noodles left in the room. The condo is very strict on their pool rules but they are nice about it.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

Our family has stayed at the Boardwalk Beach Resort for six of the past seven years. This condo is spacious inside and out, and nicely decorated with a tropical theme. The condo looked like it had been recently painted throughout with soft shades of beige and green. Bedrooms had extra pillows and comfortable beds. The kitchen is well-stocked with dinnerware, cookware, and even a spice rack! It was a pleasure to prepare breakfast before heading down to the beach. On one occasion, we needed to reach the owner, and he was prompt in his response. Finally, we found a condo that feels like our home away from home for at least a week. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice location and pool area

Plenty of space in condo for the family to spread out, ENORMOUS kitchen! We had a great view of the beach, plenty of chairs at the pool and we enjoyed the live music at the pool bar. We had a minor issue with the sink brackets coming loose in the bathroom and the bowl detaching from the countertop, and we were a little disappointed with communication and follow up to get the repair made (we stayed at the condo for two full days waiting for the handyman that didn't show up). If you come, be sure to bring your own beach towels from home as well as pantry items (foil/ oil/ extra paoer products, cleaning supplies). Other than the sink issue, owner was very proactive with communication and made check in very simple...just bad luck.

We love the Boardwalk Resort, the condo was great and just as it was listed. The view of the beach is beautiful and the large balcony was a plus. Owner responded quickly everytime I reached out also!

Amazing place to stay

Everything about our stay was wonderful. I have absolutely no complaints. Todd was very easy to work with. He was very responsive to our emails prior to our stay. The condo was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen is fully stocked. We will definitely try to stay here again.

I loved the communication with the owner. Condo great location nice and spacious.

I think the housekeeping service could’ve been better when we first entered the room there was food behind the sofa and fed hind the children’s bunkbeds that had been there so I felt like we had to clean the condo before we actually settled in. And the children’s TV was broke that was in their room so they couldn’t watch TV which made it harder for the adults. The condo itself was nice and spacious. In the communication with the owner was awesome I just felt like that we could’ve maybe got the TV replaced for the kids

Excellent Location

We absolutely loved the location of this condo! We enjoyed not having an insanely busy beach (it was mostly just one row of people - as opposed to about 6 tents/umbrellas deep down by the Pier and Pineapple Willie's). The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. My one and only "complaint" is that there wasn't enough kitchen towels - only one dish rag and one dish towel. (I say "complaint" lightly as it wasn't that big of deal, just would have been nice to have more than one) Todd was very responsive throughout the entire process. My kids say it was "the best vacation ever!" and I don't disagree!

Great vacation!

The condo is in a great location. The kitchen is very well stocked with all your cooking needs. The beds are very comfortable with plenty of extra pillows. You may want to bring extra blankets if you like extra coverings @ night. Todd is great to work with during your rental. He & his wife have decorated the condo beautifully. We have stayed in PCB for years & I must say, this condo is on the top of our list now. We will rent again from Todd & his wife. Thank you for sharing this beautiful condo!

Wonderful Vacation.

The location of this condo was perfect for us, very close to most everything. Check in was easy and parking was very convenient. Security around the property is very friendly and helpful. Communication with the owner was very easy and quick and I appreciate that. We will definitely stay here again.

Outstanding! Look no further

This condo is spectacular. It is a corner unit with 2 balconies with lots of space to enjoy the incredible view. Todd was so easy to work with and made check in seamless. I have rented through VRBO many times and have never had such personal service from the owner to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. The Tiki bar at the Boardwalk was an added bonus, good drinks and good food.

We had an amazing experience! The property was very nice well kept, Todd the owner was very nice and very responsive through the whole process. We loved it was a private beach. Definitely recommend and hopefully we will be staying again
