Great place Great pool

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Right across the street from our favorite restaurant in Coz- great and comfortable beds. No disappointments.

Great house in a great location

This was the perfect place to enjoy Cozumel for two weeks for my wife and I. Communication with the owner and local property manager was great. Location was great and within walking distance to the downtown square and so many great restaurants close by. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect for Couples walking distance to great restaurants

Cute 2bedroom house w pool convenient to restaurants,grocery stores and the downtown area. Very walkable and safe. The interment and streaming was good for television you had Netflix and Prime. Bed was very comfortable and air conditioning was good. Very nice stay would recommend to anyone that is looking for affordable stay close to beaches and restaurants

Enjoyable Stay in town

The property is clean and priced right. There is a great Mexican restaurant right accross the street. The hallway has a rather deep step midway to the master so be aware. The location is central but you may want to rent a car. Taxis are plentiful .

This is nice little house. It was very clean, the air conditioning was excellent, the bed (only used one) was comfortable. The pool is a big plus. The pool guy showed up about 7am a few mornings to clean the pool, but didn't bother us. The Farmacia Guadalajara a block down the street has many grocery items, enogh to meet our needs. We did not do any cooking, except for the coffee maker, but everything that would be needed is there. Plenty of drinking water was provided. The Casa Mission restaurant across the street has good food and a very friendly English speaking staff. It is on a busy street so there is some traffic noise, but it didn't bother our sleep. The taxi drivers have difficulty finding it without a house number, so we referenced the flower shop in the same block. You may want to bring extra towels and was coths, depending on the number of guests and length of stay. You will need beach towels if that is in your plans. And the ladies may want to bring a hair dryer. This is a very private and comfortable house. We will stay there again.

Great Home Base!

This was a great place for a quick getaway with my husband. The owner and house manager were very helpful. The house has been completely re-done, comfortable beds, furniture, and nicely decorated. This was a very private piece of paradise in the middle of town. We did have a problem with the hot water but the house manager corrected quickly the pilot light had just gone out. It was great to have breakfast at home and head out on our adventures. We also enjoyed coming home to the pool and cooling off. The pool is 5ft deep much more than the plunge pool that it looks like in the pictures. Bring your beach towels for the pool and beach your days. We were able to go everyday and do something different. We did not enjoy the taxi process so we rented a jeep and found that was a great way to see the whole island. There is parking right in front of the property which made it very convenient. We could also go by the market on our way home in the evenings to pick up dinner. The house also is right across the street from Casa Mission. We ate there several times and it was great! All in all this is a great option for an island vacation!
