The property was beautiful and clean. The owner was amazing and easy to communicate with. The owner was quick to respond and even helped us order dinner to be delivered. It was amazing! We definitely would have not been able to without their assistance! Highly recommend

When we got there the pool pump wasn't on for the first 2 days.We had no hot water for the first 3 nights. And we only had 5 beach towels for the first 2 nights,we had to wash our bodies with our hands in cold water.

Hi John, I’m sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with the pool pump and hot water early in your stay. Once notified, my cohost went to the property and resolved the issue promptly, and all amenities were restored. A partial refund was issued in good faith; it would have been greater, but additional cleaning costs were incurred due to the condition of the property after checkout. We’ve since enhanced our pre-arrival checks to ensure all systems are working properly before each guest’s arrival. Best, Venita

Great host, unfortunately property location bad

Host communication was top notch! Unfortunately property is very difficult to get to with bad roads, need SUV. Property itself good, except lost power twice and water once while there. Host fixed immediately. Pool great, need new deck chairs please. They doing great work and very helpful, just difficult location.

Peaceful Sanctuary

This villa was a perfectly, quaint place for my friends and I to stay before our return flight home. It was welcoming, comfortable, and cozy. It was easy communicating with the owner for clear directions, although our driver did not follow them and got lost dropping us off and picking us up. Overall, it was peaceful. We got much needed rest before long travel back to the US. I am hoping to visit again soon. I would indeed recommend to friends or family.
