1 Bedroom Cabin -Sleep 2

Bear Cub Cabin is just the cozy spot for a wonderful time in the mountains! It has a kitchenette with a mini fridge and microwave; a living room with a comfy leather sofa across from the television; and a separate bedroom. The living room and bedroom each have an entrance, and the bathroom is located off the living room. Please note that it is two steps down into the bedroom, so this cabin is not recommended for folks who are mobility impaired. There is a wall heater in the front room and a window unit to heat and cool the bedroom. You will be renting the entire cabin. There is also a shared yard in front of the cabins that you're welcome to enjoy (it's directly on Sudderth, Ruidoso's main street, so it's the perfect spot for enjoying the various seasonal parades hosted by the Village).

2 night minimum on weekends
Summer weekends may require 3 nights
1 night Saturday stays considered after 6pm the night prior



In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your reservation please review the following policy. An administration fee of $35 will be charged to all cancellations 14 days or more in advance, unless a reschedule has been agreed upon. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to check-in will be charged a 1 night fee including taxes and are subject to all other nights the Cabin or Room is not re-rented. If you do not show up for your reservation you will be charged in full. Sorry, no refund for early departure. We strongly recommend that you consider purchasing Trip Insurance to protect your investment. Full details can be found on our website.Please note Cancellation policies for Christmas and New Years (Inclusive Dec 20-Jan 5) differ significantly, they will be clearly explained in your rental agreement. UCLC's signed rental agreement will take precedence over any 3rd party booking site policy.
