This was a great property for our church youth group.We had eleven boys and four adults.The multiple living spaces and fun game rooms were great.Beautiful neighborhood and location. Also , loved the nice park down the street and close hiking trails.

We had a great stay at this house. It was fully equipped and comfortably accommodated our family of 19. There was plenty of space for everyone, and we really enjoyed how quiet and peaceful the area was. The game room was perfect for the kids, and they also loved the ping pong table in the big garage. We especially liked that the rooms are separate, which gave everyone their own space and privacy. The house was also very easy to get to. Overall, it worked out great for our family.

We had a group of 10 (adults, older teens) and one dog. The house had sooooo much space, and plenty of bathrooms for everyone. Our favorite part was the kitchen and dining area. Our group spent a lot of time visiting there. The backyard was fully fenced. The game room was a hit with the teens. And we were super close to NAU campus, so we could easily get to and from picking up college kids. It was perfect!!
