2BR 2BA. LONG BEACH RESORT! 6th floor Tower 4!

***Must have a member of your group at least 25 years old staying the whole time.***

BOTH BEDROOMS GULF FRONT!

Our vacation rental sleeps 8 in beds, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom and a queen size hide-a-bed in the living area. Living room has a cable TV. Both bedrooms also have cable TVs.

The dining table seats 6, and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar which seats 3. The kitchen includes all stainless steel major appliances including microwave and dishwasher, also included dishes, cutlery, etc. and a Washer/Dryer in the utility area.

Long Beach is located on sugar white beaches in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort is gated with 24 hour on site security. It is near family entertainment, golf, restaurants, shopping, and more. From your balcony you will enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront view with breathtaking sunsets, accessible from the living area and both bedrooms (see floor plan below).

Lounge and swim at any of our three pools with hot tubs, including a 6500 square foot lagoon pool with island water falls. There is also an on-site rental facility for jet-ski and para-sail activities.

Parking fee is $20.00+tax, per stay, per vehicle, which is included in the reservation.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The place was amazing just as it’s pictured. It was convenient to be within walking distance to shops, restaurants and ice cream. Beautiful deck with beautiful views. We had an amazing family vacation.

The property was mostly clean and was well-kept. Small things like shower heads need updated. I did wish more bathroom linens and bedroom linens were provided. Otherwise, a great condo and i would most likely book here again. The pools were very nice as well as the beach access.

Our washing machine was broken before we even arrived. We were only told that it was to be serviced in a few days not that it was broken and full of standing, gross water. No washer for 6 days and we were down for baseball tournaments all week. They had to come twice to fix it and left our front door unlocked. Killed 3 roaches and master bathroom sink was moldy. We were not offered a discount with the washer situation. Would not stay here again.

This condo was beautiful with a beautiful view, however that couldn't outweigh the negatives for us. #1 was they have very LARGE roaches crawling around outside all over the property in the evening/night. I didn't see one inside the condo, but my husband did and didn't tell me until after we checked out (thank goodness)! I have never seen roaches at any other place we've stayed in PCB and thats alot of places. They have a beautiful lagoon pool but I don't think it was cleaned one time during our week stay. It was dirty all the time. The showers have NO water pressure. The washer needs to be updated, it smells very moldy inside. The balcony needs cleaned badly, furniture and windows are very dirty. Elevators were fast but the left one tore up a couple of times. If you can look past those things, it is a beautiful place and not as crowded as other places we have stayed. I wish I could give this one a great review but the cons just didn't outdo the pros for us.

My family and I have stayed at Long Beach for the last several years and it’s our favorite place to stay. We only had 3 people this time so we decided on a smaller unit. (2 bedroom instead of 3 or 4). There are several things that need to be addressed that would make this property a great place to stay: -The refrigerator does not cool properly and even has a sign that states you should not expect your food to be cooled for up to 48 hours. I would say it was more like 72. We, of course had just bought groceries before checking in and ended up throwing some things out. I did contact the host and he tried to explain how going from an empty fridge to a full one causes the cooling to slow. I have stayed at many airbnbs with many more people where we have absolutely packed the fridge with no issue. The freezer worked fine. -Waterbugs: saw one at least everyday in our condo. It did seem to help keeping the drains closed but not sure how they were getting in. -Dryer: tried drying one wet swimsuit at a time. They did not dry. -There is a space between one of the permanent windows on the balcony. Maybe the bugs were getting in there? The condo otherwise was great. I had the two queen bedroom at it was decorated adorably. Other decor throughout was very interesting.

I wish I could rate this condo however, the day that I was supposed to check inI got a call from the property manager company letting me know that the condo was under construction, and that they had only found out about it the night before. They gave me choices of places to stay none of which looked nice. The condo I ended up staying at was old outdated furniture was gross and it smelled like dirty feet.

Lovely Condo in Great Location

This was a lovely condo on the beach, with nice amenities and beautiful decor. Beds were very comfortable and the balcony was a nice size. Overall, our stay was great (though we did have problems with the door lock not “taking” and a loud screeching sound every so often that sounded pipe-related).

Quick Getaway

Property is beautiful. Tastefully decorated. All of the amenities you will need for the week are here. The condo was nice and clean and they had the AC on for us when we walked in the door. The best part is the view from your balcony. We will be back for sure.

Spring get away

Loved the stay! 6th floor was perfect. Beautiful view. The elevators were great. No wait time. Nice end of the beach for a good family vacation. Beds were comfortable. Could have used a pantry or cabinet space for food items instead of just setting everything out on the counter.

This is the worst Host I have ever dealt with in 10 years of visiting Florida. This Host would not answer phone calls, would only communicate via email or text. This Host lied on their listing and we arrived to a condo and building under construction. All balcony furniture in the picture was moved into the condo for exterior work. We were forced to stay there the first night while another replacement condo could be available. We lost a whole day of vacation in this process. Host was very hard to work with. We drove to the address they publish and found a house in a residential neighborhood. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS HOST. Too bad for this condo owner as condo seemed nice for what we could see in the mess.

We had an amazing week-long stay at this beachfront condo, and it was everything our family needed and more. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the sand with the most stunning ocean views right from the balcony. Waking up to the sound of the waves every morning was pure magic.The condo was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with all the amenities we could ask for. The kitchen was well-stocked for family meals, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax after a day at the beach.The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful from start to finish, making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and relaxing stay.We made so many special memories here—sunsets on the beach, morning coffee on the balcony, and just soaking up the peace and beauty of the ocean. We’re already talking about coming back next year. Highly recommend!

Had a little issue when booking. The original unit that we booked was removed because it was incorrectly priced. However, after about 3 weeks of searching management was able to provide us this unit at our original booked price.
