The best floor plan on Panama City Beach. Spectacular views from any room in the unit. This second floor condo at Long Beach Resort is located in tower 4, one of the nicest and most exclusive resorts in Panama City Beach! With the location of this resort, it is convenient to everything from great restaurants to a Super Walmart right across the street! Large lagoon pool (6800 square feet) with waterfalls, whirlpool spas, two Polynesian pools (seasonally heated), onsite bar and grill(seasonal), beautifully landscaped grounds, and jet ski rental on site (seasonal) as well as 24 hour gated access and security. The living room and both bedrooms have flat screen TV's and Blu-ray or DVD.

Good news! The gym is now open to owners and guests. It is open 24/7 with a passcode you receive from the kiosk at the door to the gym. Instructions have been posted on how to access the code. You will need to electronically sign the gym waiver as part of getting access to the code. Located in Tower 3 on the ground level.

There is a King-size bed in the master and two queen beds in the guest bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. New linens/towels in this condo, all beds have high count cotton sheets! The living/dining area and both bedrooms open onto the spacious balcony overlooking 1300 feet of private, white sandy beach. This is a NON-SMOKING unit, Pets NOT Allowed, and Renter must be 25 or older.

Perfect views from the condo, loved the 2nd floor. It was nice having the beach chairs and umbrella for us. I was very comfortable in the condo, great balcony. There was all the supplies we needed for the kitchen. We all enjoyed the place.

This was a very clean and nicely decorated condo. Loved how the bedrooms opened up to the balcony as well as the large patio doors to the balcony with the great view. Within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. I would rent this again.

Great condo with updated appliances and decore. Only issues were the cleanliness of the bathrooms, some of the furniture was broken and the dish washer didnt work. We really loved this condo from the space to the new appliances. Will definitely be staying again and would recommend this room.

The condo was great! The only thing I would change is the mattresses on the beds. They have a hole on each side that you fall into but other than that the condo is excellent. I know there was construction going on during our visit but the small pool was completely closed. The beach access was closed at tower #4 and 5he large pool was only open in the front close to the parking lot but it was so darn cold you couldnt get in it. I would recommend this condo after construction is completed.

2 seniors, 2 adults, and 3 kids under 10 all had a great week stay here. Unit location was perfect: great view, close to elevators, and very quiet. Unit was just as described and we had no issues. Parking was super easy and convenient. Beach and pools were clean and staff was nice. The beach shop Shipwreck across the street was one of the best we’ve been to and Crushed Glass Art Studio PCB down the street made the best souvenir. Overall we had a fantastic week and would highly recommend this unit.

Beautiful Ocean Views and Sunsets

Was a quick winter getaway for my son and I. Both bedrooms had equally beautiful ocean views. Comfortable beds and loved falling asleep to the sound of the surf. Kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed. Great balcony with comfortable furniture for watching sunsets and a few dolphins going by. Easy access to the beach. Ken and I (Jennifer) have realized our life long dream of owning a condo on the Gulf Coast. We hope we can share our home with you.
After many years of hard work, we have retired. Ken is the previous owner of a Trucking company and Jennifer was previously a Software Engineer.
We lived in Gwinnett County, Georgia for over 30 years and have recently built our retirement home in South Alabama.
We have 2 married children and 4 sweet grand babies.

Why they chose this property

The views in this entire unit are just AMAZING!

Even though Long Beach Resort is right in the middle of all of the action, when you are on the resort grounds, you feel right at home.
Not crowded like neighboring beach areas. The pools are fabulous. The snack shack is very convenient.

What makes this property unique

We have refreshed the paint and some of the furniture.
The bedspreads, pillows, sheets, towels and blankets are all new.
